Study On The Implementation Effect Of The Combination Of Medical And Nursing Care Institutions In Shijiazhuang

In recent years,the degree of population aging in Shijiazhuang city is growing.The elderly,disabled,semi-disabled elderly population increased rapidly,this trend has brought great challenges to the existing pension service model.Disability,semi-disabled elderly people with dementia,life care problems and daily health care has become a major problem in their families.Therefore,in order to solve the problem of the elderly pension loss,it is necessary to innovate the existing pension mode,gradually strengthen the pension institution of medical function,improving the disabled elderly health,improving the quality of care of disabled elderly,the integration of existing medical resources and pension service resources,to promote the institutions of medical supporting combined with the pension can make a great succss.This article will take Shijiazhuang city for the combination of medical care institutions for the elderly as the research object,through the questionnaire survey method,the existing medical support combined effect of type of pension institutions were analyzed.Through in-depth interviews for institutions responsible to analyze the causes of the current pension machine in Shijiazhuang city.The problems existed in the operation as well as problems of the according to the reasons and problems to put forward countermeasures.The innovation of this paper is to research the disabled elderly,to analyze the improvement and shortcomings of current medical support combined with a positive role model for the elderly life,and puts forward constructive suggestions to support these institutions' development.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,mainly introducing the research background of the combination of medical care and the research significance,research status at our country and abroad combined about these institutions,innovation and research methods,in this paper.The second part is the theoretical basis,what is called the definition of medical supporting combined with the pension,from several different dimensions to explaining the public goods theory,the new public service theory,healthy aging theory,on the basis of the theory of welfare pluralism,from the needs of disabled elderly,expounds the medical support combined type pension institutions to promote the basis to provide such care service supply.In the third part,the paper chooses Shijiazhuang City medical support combined with typical-on behalf of pension institutions Shijiazhuang Xianghe apartment for the aged individual case,use SERVQUAL model to analyze the satisfaction of various dimensions of this elderly pension institutions,and on this dimension The survey data are analyzed and described in detail.The fourth part to the third part of the survey results as the basis,summed up the Xianghe older apartment has in the hardware facilities,the medical service achievements and challenges in the process of operation,and analyses the causes of the problems.The fifth part the conclusion of the article,mainly based on the theory of welfare pluralism,from the government,social forces put forward the solution to the problem.The city of Shijiazhuang has entered the aging stage,the day after the disabled elderly problem will be more severe,in this context,pension institutions actively promote medical raising combined type become the effective way to deal with aging.For better development of pension institutions of this type,the government needs to further improve the relevant system,to ensure that the fall the need to actively participate in policy;encourage all sectors of society,increase the supply of pension services;pension institutions need to continuously improve service quality,enhance their competitiveness,and combined with the actual situation in Shijiazhuang City,to explore a suitable combination of medical care and pension institutions development.
