Investigation Of Self-management Efficacy And Self-perceived Burden In Patients With Acute Leukemia

Objective To investigate and analyze the main influencing factors and relevance of basic condition?self-management efficacy,and self-perceived burden of AL patients.To provide a theoretical reference for clinical staff to develop a comprehensive nursing plan and improve the quality of life of patients with AL.Methods Using convenience sampling method,160 cases of acute leukemia patients were selected from May 2016 to August 2016 in a top three hospital in Dalian.A total of 160 patients with AL received the questionnaire by using the general information questionnaire,Strategies Used by People to Promote Health and Self-perceived burden(SPB).Data analysis using SPSS 22.Results 1.The score of SPB of patients with AL was(30.53±7.11),the score of SUPPH of patients with AL was(95.93±30.4).From the perspective of self-management efficacy dimension scale analysis of the 28 item scores of the scale,positive attitude and self-decision score higher,the positive attitude of the highest score and the lowest score,self-decompression.The effectiveness of self-management of patients with acute leukemia belongs to the medium level.The level of the majority belongs to the medium level,from the self-management efficacy analysis of each dimension level,self-decision ability of patients with acute leukemia is weak,mental pressure is the main factors for patients of self-perceived burden.Most of the patients with acute leukemia and self-perceived burden is at a moderate level.No obvious self-perceived burden of acute leukemia patients with the highest self-management efficacy,with the increased level of self-perceived burden,the 3 dimensions of patients with acute leukemia scale in self-efficacy in scoring rate also decreased.The correlation between the level of SPB and the score of the patients' SUPPH was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Statistical analysis showed that there was correlation between occupation,marital status,primary care and the level of SPB in patients.Marital status was related to the scores of self-perceived burden scale in patients with acute leukemia.The economic factors of self-perceived burden scale and occupational variables in patients with acute leukemia were related.On the job,there was little economic burden,the mental factors of the self-perceived burden scale and the relationship between the patients' marital status and the primary caregivers.When the primary caregiver is fixed and the patient is more intimate,the mental burden of the patient is significantly reduced.There was correlation between the degree of culture and the self-management efficacy of patients with acute leukemia.3.There was a correlation between the degree of culture and the level of SUPPH of patients.The score of SPB was significantly correlated with the scores of perceived self-efficacy(P<0.05).Statistical analysis showed that occupation,marital status,caregiver and patient's SPB level was correlated.There was a correlation between educational level and self-efficacy.Conclusion Self-management efficacy and SPB level of AL patients were generally in the middle level.With the increase of the level of self-perceived burden,the scores of acute leukemia patients in the 3 dimensions of self-management efficacy scale also decreased.Nursing staff can reduce the level of SPB of patients by enhancing the sense of selfmanagement efficacy of patients,thereby improving the quality of life of patients.
