| Objective: To observe the specific changes of ear auricular acupoints in patients with clinical gastric cancer by ear examination,palpation and electrical measurement.The comparison of the correlation between the auricular point and the relative rate of gastric cancer was carried out.Diagnosis of gastric cancer for reference.For the early detection of gastric cancer to provide a simple,safe,economical and reliable preliminary screening diagnostic methods.Methods: According to the previous research experience and the ear diagnosis theory,we selected a set of ear acupuncture points,the esophagus,the cardia,the stomach,the pylorus,the duodenum,the small intestine,the large intestine,the liver,the spleen,the cortex,the adrenal gland,tumor specific area(M1,M2,M3),a total of 14 points.The clinical observation and detection of specific acupoints in 39 cases of gastric cancer patients,35 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis and 36 cases of healthy ear were performed by ear acupuncture,palpation and electro acupuncture.Record the associated ear color and shape changes,and use the camera to collect photos,and then use Adobe photoshop CS6 to deal with the photos,the color difference analysis.The low-resistance positive response points of patients with gastric cancer,chronic atrophic gastritis and healthy human ear were detected by XDM-III ear detector and CLRH-A ear detector respectively.And then using SPSS22.0 statistical analysis,respectively compared with gastric cancer patients,chronic atrophic gastri.Results:1.Compared with the healthy group,there were significant differences in color,morphology and electrical measurement between the two groupes.(1)the color change,the gastric cancer group ear,especially in the ear acupuncture area and tumor specific area II(M2)changes the most obvious,compared with the healthy group of ear acupuncture area dark dull,some patients with brown spots,tumor specific District II appears dark gray or brown stains,in tumor specific area II was statistically significant(P<0.01),through analysis verification for color diffrence,the difference of color difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(2)the morphological change,most of gastric cancer patients presented gastric nodular changes in the gastric area,compared with the healthy group,the difference of color difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).(3)Electron measuring,in the the cardia,stomach,duodenum,spleen,cortex,tumor specific area(M1,M3)positive reaction in most patients with gastric cancer performance is more obvious,compared with the healthy group,the difference of color difference was statistically significant(P <0.01)Compared with chronic atrophic gastritis group,(1)Visual inspection of the two group the difference of brownish or dark gray in the stomach area and dark gray or brown stain in the tumor specific area II(P <0.05).The difference of color difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),through analysis verification for color diffrence,the difference of color difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(2)the morphological change,most of gastric cancer patients presented gastric nodular changes in the gastric area,compared with the healthy group,the difference of color difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).(3)Electron measuring,in the stomach,cortex,tumor specific area(M1,M3)positive reaction in most patients with gastric cancer performance is more obvious.compared with the chronic atrophic gastritis group,the difference of color difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).3.Compared with the healthy group,(1)the color difference of gastric areas and tumor specific area II(M2)between the chronic atrophic gastritis group and the healthy group was no statistically significant,through analysis verification for color diffrence,two groups have the color difference of gastric areas and tumor specific area II(M2)(P<0.05).(2)Morphology of the majority of the chronic atrophic gastritis patient presented gastric nodular changes,compared with the healthy group,the difference of color difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(3)Electron measuring,in the the cardia,stomach,duodenum,spleen,cortex positive reaction all have the obvious difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).But there was no statistically significant difference in tumor specific area(M1,M3).Conclusion: There are significant differences in the color,morphology and electrical measurement of auricle-associated auricular acupoints in patients with gastric cancer and healthy and chronic atrophic gastritis.Fully explain ear diagnosis method for gastric cancer has a certain value of clinical diagnosis in the screening of gastric cancer worthy of further exploration and promotion. |
