Study About The Clinical Effect Of Bushenshuganjiedu Decoction On Chronic Hepatitis B Virus Carrier

Objective: This research observed the clinical curative effect of Bushenshuganjiedu decoction treating chronic hepatitis B virus carrier.In this way,it provides the scientific basis for the Chinese medicine treating cirrhosis.Methods: Using the random number table method,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria of chronic hepatitis B virus carrier were divided into the treatment group with 30 cases,control group with 30 cases.The treatment group were applied Bushenshuganjiedu decoction who party by 30 g phyllanthusnirud linn native to Yunnan,30 g epimedium,15 g fructus ligustri lucidi,15 g yerbadetajo herb,10 g radix bu pleuri,10 g radix paeoniae alba,15 g immature bitter orange,10 g peach kernel,5g liquorice,10 g polygonum cuspidatum,30 g rabdosia lophanthide,10 g acanthopanax,while control group were given placebo consisting of ageratum,water soluble starch,anhydrous glucose,eating chocolate brown pigment,fruit-green edible pigment,eat lemon yellow pigment.After treating 24 weeks,serum HBV-DNA,HBs Ag,HBe Ag and TCM syndrome integral changes of patients were observed showing the treatment group better than that of control group(P<0.05).Results:(1)After treating 24 weeks,the treatment group of HBV-DNA was an average drop of 2.06 the lg(IU/ml)who was better than control group of 0.07lg(IU/ml)(P<0.05).HBV-DNA down > 2 lg IU/ml compared with baseline were 16.7%(5/30),16.7%(3/30),comparing with control group has no statistical difference(P> 0.05).Similarly,compared with control group,The proportion of HBV-DNA negative transfer were 3.3%(1/30)without statistical difference(P>0.05).The results show that Bushenshuganjiedu decoction can reduce the serum HBV-DNA level of chronic hepatitis B carriers,yet treatment for 24 weeks is difficult to achieve complete virological and HBV-DNA negative transfer.(2)In terms of impact on serum marker HBe Ag,treatment group and control group in the mean serum HBe Ag respectively were 1117.51 S/Co,1097.67 S/Co before treatment,while 823.15 S/Co?1075.45 S/Co after treating 24 weeks.Compared with control group,the treatment groups has statistically significant difference.The proportion of the treatment group and control group in HBe Ag Yin were 6.7%(2/30),3.3%(1/30)without statistical difference(P>0.05).Their HBe Ag seroconversion respectively were 6.7%(2/30),3.3%(1/30),P>0.05,without statistical difference(P>0.05).Consequently,Bushenshuganjiedu decoction can effectively reduce the level of serum HBe Ag of chronic hepatitis B carriers,but it failed to achieve effective HBe Ag turning negative and HBe Ag serum conversion after 24 weeks treatment.(3)In terms of impact on serum marker HBs Ag,The treatment group and control group HBs Ag in lg mean respectively is 4.45 IU/ml,4.58 IU/ml before treatment.They res pectively dropped 1 lg IU/ml,0.15 lg IU/ml on average.Compared with control group,the difference of treatment groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Their serum HBs Ag down > 0.5 lg proportion comparing with the baseline were 23.3%(7/30),6.67%(2/30)before treatment,while 13.3%(4/30)?3.33%(1/30)after 24 weeks treatment.The difference had no statistically significance(P>0.05).The 2 groups HBs Ag negative conversion ratio was 0.0%(0/30)without no different significance(P>0.05).Consequently,Bushenshuganjiedu decoction can effectively reduce the level of serum HBs Ag of chronic hepatitis B carriers,but it failed to achieve effective HBs Ag turning negative and HBe Ag serum conversion after 24 weeks treatment.(4)In terms of impact on clinical symptoms,compared before and after the treatment,control group had no significant difference(P>0.05),while the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05).As a result,Bushenshuganjiedu decoction can effectively imProve the clinical symptoms.Conclusion: Bushenshuganjiedu decoction can reduce the serum HBV-DNA of chronic hepatitis B carriers,HBe Ag,HBs Ag levels and efectively improve the clinical symptoms,further inhibit HBV replication in a certain extent.However,because of the short experiment course,serum HBV-DNA,HBe Ag,HBs Ag failed to realize Yin turn,HBe Ag,also HBs Ag serological failed to achieve transformation after 24 weeks treatment.
