| ObjectiveHyperinsulinemia is the common pathology of multiple metabolic disorders and metabolic syndrome,which is a risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.These disorders include dyslipidemia,hypertension,hyperglycemia,systemic or abdominal obesity,hyperinsulinemia,and insulin resistance.Hyperinsulinemia is preventable and curable,through early detection and prevention of risk factors,can block the related end point events,and consistent with the thought of traditional Chinese medicine "Preventive treatment of diseases".Professor Li Saimei has long been engaged in clinical research of endocrine diseases and hyperinsulinemia,has accumulated a lot of clinical experience.This study aims to explore through clinical observation,Professor Li Saimei treatment of Hyperinsulinemia in the clinical curative effect and the use of six meridians prescription treatment experience.MethodsMethods used are base on the collection of Professor Li Saimei's hyperinsulinemia outpatient from January 2014 to December 2016 in Nanlou Department of Endocrinology at The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.A total of 105 cases,using Microsoft Excel to establish database of patient's personal information,symptoms,syndrome type,treatment,prescription and medicine.Using SPSS statistical software to collect medical records of symptoms,tongue and pulse condition,syndrome type,treatment,prescriptions and herbs with frequency statistical analysis(Frequency Analysis).To summarize the clinical experience of Professor Li Saimei in the treatment of medication.ResultsIn this study,we collected the medical records of hyperinsulinemia in Li Saimei's clinic.A total of 105 cases,of which 34 cases of different patients and 71 cases were the further consultation patients.Female 27 cases,accounted for 79.41%,male in 7 cases,accounted for 20.59%.The six meridians syndrome differentiation:Taiyang syndrome 67 times(63.81%),7(6.67%)of Yangming syndrome Shaoyang syndrome,34(32.38%),51(48.57%)of Taiyin,Shaoyin syndrome 50 times(47.62%),Jueyin syndrome 6 times(5.7%).The database shows in principle and thought of Professor Li Saimei in treating high insulin analysis results from the study cases,hyperinsulinemia' s majority treatment with Tonifying Qi medicine,reduce heat medicine,Diuresis medicine,dispelling internal cold medicine,Tonifying Yang medicine,reduce dampness medicine,reduce phlegm medicine,the second treatment if patients have got the cold or wind heat use the strengthening body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors method,the third treatment use for accompanying symptoms by tonifying Blood medicine,stimulating blood cirulation and smoothing away congestion function medicine,tonifying Yin medicine,regulating Qi flow medicine,sedative medicine,suppressing hyperactive liver for calming endogenous wind medicine,astringent medicine.The treatment of Hyperinsulinemia at first should be use soothing liver and strengthening spleen method,clear heat andeliminate dampness method and clearing damp and promoting diuresis method.Secondly,use tonifying spleen yang method and tonifying the liver and kidney method.For Professor Li Saimei treats hyperinsulinemia patients with Chinese medicine treatment,the research conclusions are as follows:1 pay attention to the concept of wholism;2 Combined treatment of the root cause and symptoms of a disease;3 Pure Chinese medicine treatment and the combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine;4 Pay attention to the psychological aspects of patients;5 The six meridians dialectical;6 Viscera dialectical;7 Symptomatic medication;8 The commonly used couplet medicines.ConclusionModern medical treatment of Hyperinsulinemia is recommended for the prevention and treatment of various risk factors.Modern medical research,medical experiments on Chinese medicine treatment of abnormal glucose metabolism,insulin resistance,insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome have an obvious effect.In early Treatment of Hyperinsulinemia first should be treating in obesity,vertigo(hypertension)and diabetes.In order to prevent the development of diseases and consistent with the thought of preventive treatment of diseases which in the Traditional Chinese medicine theory.The earlier treat the disease,the more effective the treatment is.Professor Li Saimei has good curative effect of treatment hyperinsulinemia by using six meridians Decoction in clinical.This study discusses the experience of Professor Li Saimei and the thinking of using Chinese medicine treatment. |
