Clinical Research On The Effect Of Shenqi Erxian Particle On Cancer-related Fatigue After Chemotherapy In Lung Cancer

ObjectiveIt is to develop a Chinese patent medicine named Shenqi Erxian Particle which is convenient and efficient.To prove it' s efficacy by randomized controlled clinical study,and to explore the advantages of TCM therapy.Method1.To manufacture the office agreement prescription Shenqi Erxian Decoction into the Shenqi Erxian Particle according to the standard process under guide of TCM theory and the clinical experience in our department.76 cases main symptom as the Cancer-related Fatigue after Chemotherapy in Lung Cancer would be selected into the observation object.To observe it' s influences on the level of fatigue,the syndrome of TCM and the quality of life after being treated by Shenqi Erxian Particle by randomized controlled clinical study.And SPSS 17.0 software was adopted to carry out the data prosscssing and analyses.Count data comparison chi-square test;Measurement data by t test,P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results1.Before the treatment,there is no difference in statistics on the fatigue scale score,the syndrome of TCM score and the quality of life score(P>0.05).After the treatment,both the fatigue total score and the subordinate three dimension scores lowed,and furthermore there was a statisticlly significant difference on the fatigue total score and 1st&third dimension scores between the two groups(P<0.05).There was a statisticlly significant difference on the syndrome of TCM score' s descend after treatment(P<0.05).After the treatment,the quality of life score was improved,and there was a statisticlly significant difference on the total score and all the other dimension scores except the second one between the two groups(P<0.05).2.In the treatment proup,white blood cells,lymphocytes,platelet and hemoglobin were improved after treatment which showd statisticlly significant difference on the white blood cells,lymphocytes and the hemoglobin(P<0.05).There are 32 subjects who occurred with myelosuppression in the control group and 21 ones in the treatment group.The difference was in a statisticlly significant(P<0.05).3.There are 15 subjects showed gastrointestinal reaction in the control group and 12 ones in the treatment group which has no difference in statistics(P>0.05).ConclusionsShenqi Erxian Particle has the exact effect on patients with the Cancer-related Fatigue after Chemotherapy in Lung Cancer.It can improve the quality of patient' s life,and was worthy of promotion and application.
