Objective: By the mean of a Double antibody single-step sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,We want to detect the expression of ALDH2 in acute myocardial infarction group, angina pectoris group and normal control group, analyzing the relationship between ALDH2 and coronary heart disease and the correlation with the severity of coronary artery disease. Methods: Choose patients with chest pain, chest tightness and other symptoms of coronary artery disease,From March 2015 to October 2016,who are admitted to Cardiology ward by Cardiologist.A total of 217 subjects were enrolled in the study, including 158 males and 82 females. There were 31 normal subjects in the control group, including 19 males and 12 females with an average age of 64.41 ± 9.0 years,There were 82 subjects in Angina group, including 54 males and 28 females with an average age of 63.84 ± 9.24.There were 104 subjects in the acute myocardial infarction group, including 64 males and 40 females with an average age of 64.72 ± 9.62.According to the sum of the number of coronary artery lesions and the calculated Gensini score, the subgroups were divided into several subgroups. The severity of coronary artery lesion was assessed by the number of coronary artery lesions and Gensini score in each subgroup.Lesions mild group, moderate group, severe group, coronary artery disease count is divided into: single disease, double vessel disease, three lesions. The concentration of absorbance(OD)was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)with double antibody in one-step sandwich enzyme at 450 nm.The ALDH2 level was calculated. Results: 1.The results of ALDH2 were 3.44 ± 1.53,4.08 ± 1.85 and 7.32 ± 0.34 U / L in acute myocardial infarction group, angina pectoris group and normal control group respectively. The expression of ALDH2 was the lowest in AMI group and highest in normal control Group of times. There was a statistically significant difference between the AMI group and the normal control group, the P value was <0.05;the angina pectoris group and the control group were also statistically significant,P value <0.05;but AMI and angina pectoris group was not statistically significant.2.The results of ALDH2 and coronary artery lesion showed that the level of ALDH2 in the three lesions was higher than that in the other two groups, but there was no significant difference between the three groups.3.Compared with the severity of coronary artery lesion, the ALDH2 and the severity of coronary artery disease showed that the highest level of ALDH2 was the highest in the patients with moderate degree of lesion.4.ALDH2 multiple linear regression analysis showed that: coronary heart disease and HDL on ALDH2 expression levels, the difference was statistically significant.5.There was a significant correlation between HDL level and ALDH2 level and the incidence of coronary heart disease(CHD)in patients with coronary heart disease including AMI,angina pectoris and experimental subjects. The results showed that HDL level and ALDH2 level were correlated with the incidence of coronary heart disease significance.conclusion: 1.The expression of ALDH2 in angina pectoris group and acute myocardial infarction group was significantly lower than that in normal control group, suggesting that ALDH2 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease.2.The level of ALDH2 was negatively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease and could be a detectable index for assessing the severity of coronary artery disease.3.The level of ALDH2 is related to the number of coronary artery lesions.4.The expression level of HML angina pectoris group and acute myocardial infarction group was significantly lower than that of normal control group, suggesting that HDL may play an important role in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease.
