Significance Of Expression The T Lymphocyte Subtype And PD-1 From Atrophic Gastritis Gastric Mucosa Of Hp Infection

Objective To detecte the expression T Lymphocyte subtype and PD-1 from Hp infection chronic gastritis(superficial gastritis+atrophic gastritis)of human,To study the Hp infection chronic gastritis(superficial gastritis+atrophic gastritis)of human immune injury mechanism that it is for providing an evidence for clinical applications.Methods After the examination and approval from The Chinese People's Liberation Army 97 th Hospital of Chinese Medicine ethics committee and all patients signed infomed consent.80 patients with gastritis were screened out 40 case in Hp negative gastritis(Hp negative superficial gastritis 20 cases,Hp negative atrophic gastritis20 cases)and 40 cases in Hp negative gastritis(Hp positive superficial gastritis 20 cases,Hp positive atrophic gastritis 20 cases)gastric mucosa tissuess pecimens that were included in this study.To detect expression of CD4+T cells,CD8+T cells,Foxp3,IL-17 and PD-1 that were assessed Immunohistochemistry(SP method).Helicobacter pylori was detected according to the results of the 14 C-urea breath test and HE staining,if the double were positive sentence that was positive group,if the double was negative sentence that was negative group.It was measure dicators intergrated optical debsity(IOD)through the Image-pro plus Image analysis system.Results Firstly,Hp positive atrophic gastritis expression of CD4+T cells,CD8+T Cells,Foxp3,IL-17 and PD-1 were higher than Hp negtive atrophic gastritis(P<0.05).Secondly,Hp positive atrophic gastritisis expression of CD4+T cells,CD8+T cells,Foxp3,IL-17 and PD-1 obviously were higher than Hp positive superficial gastritisis(P<0.05).Thirdly,Hp positive gastritisis(superficial gastritis+atrophic gastritis)group expression of CD4+T cells,IL-17 and PD-1 were higher than Hp negtive gastritisis(superficial gastritis+atrophic gastritis)group(P<0.05).Fourthly,Hp positive superficial gastritisis expression of CD4+T cells ? IL-17 and PD-1 were higher than Hp negtive superficial gastritisis(P<0.05).Fifthly,Hp positive superficial gastritisis expression of CD8+T cells,Foxp3 were higher than Hp negtive superficial,but no statistical significance between Hppositive superficial gastritisis and Hp negtive atrophic gastritis(P>0.05).Conclusion Firstly,Hp positive chronic gastritis expression of T Lymphocyte subtype(CD4+T cells,CD8+T cells,Foxp3,IL-17)and PD-1 were higher than Hp negtive chronic gastritis(superficial gastritis+atrophic gastritis).Secondly,Hp positive chronic gastritis were that atrophic gastritis expression of T Lymphocyte subtype(CD4+T cells,CD8+T cells,Foxp3,IL-17)and PD-1 were higher than superficial gastritis.
