ObjectiveBy observing therapeutic effect used two different means between the massage combined with small splint fixation and massage combined with Votalin treatment tendinitis stenosans of the flexor tendon wean, assessment in the clinical curative effect refers to the tendinitis stenosansof the flexor tendons, and a preliminary understanding of high frequency ultrasonography in the significance of tendinitis stenosans and evaluation of curative effect, reliability and feasibility of the application for its reasonable scheme selection.MethodsFor random controlled study, this study collected 60 cases(60)refers to flexor tendon tenosynovitis with narrow sex and randomly divided into two groups and each treatment for 3 weeks, the treatment group(n = 30)using"manipulation of massage combined with small splint fixation" treatment, control group(n=30)is adopted" manipulation of massage combined with Votalin" treatment.Comparison before and after treatment of tendon sheath thickness change, finger tendon functional assessment, evaluate its clinical efficacy.Results1.The peritenon score obtained after treatment of massage with small splint fixation group and massage combined with Votalin group was(0.48±0.29)mm and(0.66±0.39)mm,both of the tendon sheath thickness changes more significant difference(P<0.05).The marked disparity among groups indicated that massage with small splint fixation group is better than massage combined with Votalin group in narrow tenosynovitis of the flexor.2.The ATM function evaluation results of excellent, good, medium and poor index calculated after treatment of massage with small splint fixation group and massage combined with Votalin group were 21,6,2,1 and 12,7,6,5.There the comparison is significant difference between the two(P<0.05).The massage with small splint fixation group is superior to massage combined with Votalin improve the muscle-tendon function and curative effect more precisely.3.The cure rate of massage with small splint fixation group was 70%,the improve rate was 26.66%,invalid rate was 3.34%,the total effective rate was 96.66%.The massage combined with Votalin group, cure rate was 40%,improve rate was 43.33%,invalid rate was 16.67%,the total effective rate was 83.33%.The curative effect of treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Pediatric refers to flexor tendon tenosynovitis is narrow pediatric orthopedic common disease,frequently-occurring disease, the exact effect most non-surgical treatment can be achieved, and the massage combined with small splint fixation treatment is superior to the massage combined with Votalin and exact or topical treatment group.2.The massage tuina combined with small splint fixation treatment is to absorb the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine bonesetting skill and combined with the principle of biomechanics, correct and restore normal physiology finger flexion, relieve adhesion between tendon and tendon sheath, relieve local edema of tendon sheath of oppression.Massage can alleviate tendon and sheath pipe wall friction, release of tendon sheath with the tendon adhesion, small splint fixation not only can correct deformities, promote the absorption of inflammation, and there are certain braking treatment effect. The combined treatment curative effect best.3.Narrow sex flexor tendon tenosynovitis have specific ultrasound imaging, especially on the tendon sheath thickness have specific audio-visual,its diagnosis and curative effect evaluation of disease has important significance.4.The massage combined with small splint fixation treatment of pediatric refers to the narrow tenosynovitis of the flexor tendons better methods, and open up new areas,in the treatment aspect to provide the operation is simple, effective,no trauma, security, worthy of clinical promotion methods.
