| Objective(1)To explore the level of cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction after interventional therapy through early cardiac rehabilitation training.(2)To explore the effect of early cardiac rehabilitation training on the complications of patients with acute myocardial infarction after intervention.Method100 patients with acute myocardial infarction who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria and were willing to accept interventional therapy were selected as the research objects, and general information was filled in at admission.Methods:100 patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 50 patients in each group. They were given early cardiac rehabilitation training and conventional rehabilitation treatment, and then the data were collected and analyzed. The cardiac function and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Result(1)One week after operation and one year after discharge, the left ventricular end systolic diameter, left ventricular end diastolic diameter, left ventricular posterior wall thickness and left ventricular ejection fraction of the two groups were compared. At 1 week after operation, the recovery of cardiac function of the two groups was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One year after discharge, through telephone follow-up,home follow-up,re examination in hospital,re analysis of cardiac function index data,it can be found that the difference between the observation group and the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)In the postoperative complications, one week after operation, the scores of angina pectoris and recurrent myocardial infarction in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no death case;In terms of the incidence of postoperative malignant arrhythmia, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).One year after operation, there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion(1)For patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI,the application of early rehabilitation training can improve the recovery level of postoperative cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction in a week after PCI,and reduce the incidence of complications after PCI to a certain extent,The effective implementation of early cardiac rehabilitation can not only improve the quality of life of patients to a certain extent, but also help patients establish the confidence of rehabilitation and improve the quality and level of nursing.(2)Early rehabilitation training should be carried out in patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention. With the extension of discharge time, the effect of early rehabilitation training on cardiac function and complications is not obvious.(3)In the process of early rehabilitation training,it can form a good interactive mode with patients, and it is also conducive to the propaganda and education of disease and health knowledge,so that patients can strengthen the understanding and learning of the disease, which is conducive to the recovery of postoperative health and self-management. |
