The Study Of Clinical Adjunctive Effect Of QingreHuayu Therapy In Patients With Endometrial Cavity Fluid Visualized Through Ultrasound During IVF-ET

ObjectiveWith the development of in vitro fertilization and embryo transplan tation,we recognized that the endometrial cavity fluid visualized throu gh ultrasound during IVF-ET can change the endometrial microenvironment,affect the endometrial receptive of embryos,reduce the growing rate of e mbryos as well as influence the clinical pregnancy outcome in assisted reproductive technology,endometrial cavity fluid treatment,therefore,b ecome a problem to be solved.It is disappointed that a lot of treatment results are not very satisfied.Traditional Chinese medicine can exert it s advantages in the treatment of endometrial cavity fluid.In this study,we explore the clinical adjunctive effect of QingreHuayu therapy in pati ents with endometrial cavity fluid visualized through ultrasound during IVF-ET.Expect several guidance in the clinical treatment of endometrial cavity fluid.MethodsAll the cases were from March 2015 to December 2016 in the Reproductive Medicine Center,aged 22～40 years old,have been diagnosed endometrial cavity fluid by transvagin scan during frozen embryo transfer cycle for patients with a total of 60 cases randomly divided into 2 groups.Treatment group(30 cases):Sucking the endometrial cavity fluid In the presence of transvagin scan in the 10th～12th day of Menstrual cycle or artificial cycle,after that,taking QingreHuayu fang until transfer day.The control group(30 cases):Sucking the endometrial cavity fluid In the presence of transvagin scan in the 10th～12th day of Menstrual cycle or artificial cycle.Review transvagin scan before transplantation to determine whether endometrial cavity fluid disappeared.If endometrial cavity fluid disappear,transfer the embryo into the uterine cavity,observe the transplant cancellation rate and clinical pregnancy rate of two groups.Results1.The incidence of endometrial cavity fluid had significant differences in the two group after treatment(P<0.05).2.The transplant cancellation rate had significant differences in the two group(P<0.05),and the clinical pregnancy rate had no significant differences in the two group(P>0.05).Conclusion1.The QingreHuayu therapy shows satisfactory effect on decreasing the incidence of endometrial cavity fluid.2.The QingreHuayu therapy can decrease the transplant cancellation rate Under the premise of without affecting the clinical pregnancy rate.
