Clinical Value Of Amlodipine Besylate Folic Acid Tables In Treatment Of H-type Hypertensive

Objective : Treatment of mild-moderate primary hypertensive patients with elevated plasma homocysteine with oral amlodipine besylate folic acid tables.And investigate the efficacy of amlodipine besylate folic acid tables in controlling blood pressure and plasma homocysteine together.Methods: Selected mild-moderate primary hypertensive patients in AnQing communities,meanwhile determination of plasma homocysteine concentration.The hypertensive patients with high plasma homocysteine called H-type hyoertensive.The test drugs approved by State food and drug administration(SFDA)and research approved by ethics committee.All of them signed the informed consent form.Totally 120 patients were diagnosed as H-type hypertension.All these patients were randomly divided as 3 group: group A(amlodipine besylate folic acid,5mg/ 0.4mg)(n=40),group B(amlodipine besylate folic acid,5mg/0.8mg)(n=40)and control group(amlodipine besylate,5mg)(n=40).Each groups received a placebo control.Take the medicine once a day,for a total period of 8 weeks.Before entering the group,the patients had to measure the blood pressure,serum homocysteine,serum folic acid.Blood pressure and plasma homocysteine level were examined every 2weeks.Results: A total of 115 hypertensives were enrolled.Compared to group C,both group A and group B had significantly high effectiveness in lowing both blood pressure and homocysteine level.The proportions of subjects showing obvious reduction in both blood pressure and homocysteine level in group A,group B,group C,were 23.08%,26.32%,5.26% respectively.Group A?Group B?Group C's lowering blood pressure effective rate respectively were 51.28%?55.26%?47.36%.There was no significant difference in three groups.Group A and Group B were obviously better than Group C in lowering plasma homocysteine.The effective rate respectively were 25.64%?34.21%?7.89%.And then Group B were more effective than Group A.Conclusion: Amlodipine besylate folic acid tables not only antihypertensive effect of not less than amlodipine but also lowing plasma homocysteine.It could be used to reduce both blood pressure and plasma homocysteine level in mild-moderate primary hypertensive patients.Amlodipine besylate folic acid tables could be depressed effectively dangerous factor of the cardiopathy and and cerebrovascular disease and improved prognosis.
