Objective:To explore the effect of Enalapril-folic Acid Tablet combined with Amlodipine Besylate Tablet in curing H-type hypertension.Method:60 cases of patients with H-type hypertension cured in our hospital between April2013 and April 2014 are chosen, and they are divided into 30 cases of Enalapril-folic Acid Tablet group, 15 cases of Amlodipine Besylate Tablet group, and 15 cases of combined treatment group. Examine patients’ blood pressure before and after treatment, make statistics of the patients’ s trough-peak ratio and smoothness index, and examine plasma homocysteine levels. Results:Before treatment, there is no statistical difference in blood pressure, plasma homocysteine levels and urinary albumin/creatinine ratio in both experimental group and control group. After treatment, systolic and diastolic blood pressure ratios are 71% and78% respectively in Enalapril-Folic Acid group, significantly higher than 68% and 65% of Amlodipine Besylate Tablet group; systolic and diastolic blood pressure ratios are 75% and83% respectively in combined treatment group, significantly higher than Enalapril-Folic Acid group, and the difference is statistically significant(p < 0.05). In the control ofplasma homocysteine levels, there is statistical difference(p < 0.01) in experimental group and control group. In the control of the levels of urinary albumin/creatinine ratio, there is statistical difference(p < 0.01) in experimental group and control group. The smoothness indexes of systolic and diastolic blood pressure ratios in Enalapril-folic Acid Tablet group are 1.33±0.59 and 1.26±0.53 respectively, obviously higher than 1.15±0.53 and 1.10±0.42 of Amlodipine Besylate Tablet group; the smoothness indexes of combined treatment group are 1.42±0.51 and 1.31±0.55, obviously higher than those of Enalapril-folic Acid Tablet group, and the difference is statistically significant( p<0.05). The results of Enalaprilat-folic acid group are significantly, the proportion of patients with effective and total effective rate are significantly higher than Amlodipine Besylate Tablet group; the results of combined treatment group are obviously, the proportion of patients with effective and total effective rate are obviously higher than Enalaprilat-folic acid group, and the difference is statistically significant(p < 0.05).Conclusions:There is a great improvement when Enalapril-folic Acid Tablet and Amlodipine Besylate Tablet are combined in the treatment than the exclusive use of Enalapril-folic Acid Tablet or the exclusive use of Amlodipine Besylate Tablet.
