| Objective Using immunohistochemical method,tissue in lung adenocarcinoma tissues and para carcinoma,were detected on the expression levels of HDAC1,HDAC5 and E-cadherin three protein respectively,and the expression of HDAC1,H DAC5 and E-cadherin in lung adenocarcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues were compared and analyzed,to explore the relationship between the expression of three proteins in lung cancer tissues and the clinicopathological features and the expression of the three together,for the clinical treatment of lung adenocarcinoma and to find new targets to provide relevant theoretical basis.Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of HDAC1,HDAC5 and E-cadherin in 93 cases of lung adenocarcinoma and 48 cases of adjacent normal lung tissues by immunohistochemical SP method.The relationship between the change expression of HDAC1,HDAC5 and E-cadherin using chi square test and four-table exact test and three kinds of proteins in lung adenocarcinoma and clinical pathological factors.Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the three proteins.All the experimental data were processed by SPSS 21 statistical software.P<0.05 showed that the difference was statistically significant.Results In the 93 cases of patients with lung adenocarcinoma,the positive expression of HDAC1,HDAC5 and E-cadherin were 58.06%(54/93),48.39%(45/93),45.16%(42/93),tissue in 48 cases carcinoma,the positive expression of HDAC1,HDAC5 and E-cadherin were 20.83%(10/48),66.67%(32/48),68.75%(33/48),the expression of three proteins in lung adenocarcinoma tissues and noncancerous tissues rate had significant difference(P<0.05).The expression of E-cadherin is closely related to age and the degree of cell differentiation(P<0.05),and other pathological characteristics had no significant correlation with age,the expression of HDAC1 is closely related(P<0.05),and other pathological features no obvious correlation,no significant correlation between HDAC5 and clinical pathological features(P>0.05).There was a negative correlation between HDAC1 and HDAC5,HDAC1 and E-cadherin(r were-0.224,-0.236,P <0.05),and there was no significant correlation between HDAC5 and E-cadherin(r=0.159,P=0.128).Conclusion The occurrence and development of lung adenocarcinoma is a complex result of multiple factors,multiple steps and multiple links.The expression of HDAC1,HDAC5 and E-cadherin have some correlation in lung adenocarcinoma.There was a negative correlation between HDAC1 and HDAC5,HDAC1 and E-cadherin,the expression of HDAC1 is closely related with age,E-cadherin expression was closely correlated with age and the degree of cell differentiation,combined detection of the three possible to judge prognosis,reasonable choice of drugs have a certain significance. |
