| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of hospital preparation Zhuyun pill in the treatment of early threatened abortion,which to guide clinical choice of suitable treatment plan,monitor its adverse response,improve and promote its use.MethodsThe study has enrolled the electronic medical records of 1024 patients which were diagnosed as early threatened abortion while achieving residential treatment from the department of gynecology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine During December 2011 to December 2016.According to the different treatments,1024 patients were divided into 3 groups.The patients in the group A accepted Zhuyun pill.The patients in the group B accepted exogenous progesterone.The patients in the group C accepted Zhuyun pill and exogenous progesterone.The level of serum?-HCG,progesterone,and the result of ultrasonography before and after treatment were all collected during hospitalization.The difference about the level of serum ?-HCG and progesterone between three group has been compared in this study.The study compared the difference in grouth rate of serum ?-HCG between three groups while analyzing their correlation.The syndrome integral of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)before and after treatment of each group were collected and compared.The study also analyzed and compared pregnancy outcome and hospital days among three groups.Results1.Three groups of patients were no statistical difference in age,the days of amenorrhea,the history of adverse pregnancy,the level of ?-HCG before treatment(P>0.05).2.TCM Syndrome Patterns of all the patients were mainly kidney deficiency syndrome which include kidney-spleen deficiency syndrome 51.76%,kidney deficiency 29.20%,blood-heat type8.11%,syndrome blood stasis7.81%.The distribution of TCM type during three groups was no significant difference(P>0.05).3.The average hospitalization days of all patients were 17.78 ± 11.54.The patients in group A was 16.99±11.32,group B 18.82±11.53,group C 21.29±12.22.There were statistical differences between groups(P<0.05).4.The overall efficiency of group A was 71.68%,group B was 67.22%,group C was 72.90%.There were no statistical differences between groups(P>0.05).5.There was no difference of the level of progesterone before and after treatment during the three groups(P>0.05)and had significant difference within each group(P<0.05).6.The level of ?-HCG,P during normal pregnancy and pregnancy failure before and after treatment were statistically difference(P<0.05).7.The score of TCM type during the three groups pre-treatment was no statistical difference(P>0.05)whereas significant difference post-treatment.About intra-group there was significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05).8.The pregnant result and the times of abortion was negative correlation.9.The serum indexes about Hematology and biochemistry analysis,renal function and liver function before and after treatment among the three groups were no statistical difference.Conclusion1.The efficiency of Zhuyun pill in the treatment of threatened miscarriage was remarkable compared with the therapy of exogenous progesterone when it comes to relief of clinical symptom,shorten hospitalization,reduce cost and increase pregnancy rate.2.The distribution of TCM type of early threatened abortion was mainly kidney deficiency which illustrated the vital function of kidney.Zhuyun pill is suitable for some TCM type which include kidney-spleen deficiency syndrome,kidney deficiency,blood-heat type and syndrome blood stasis.When it together with some kidney-nourishing herbs the effect will be enhanced.3.The value of dynamic supervision about the level of serum ?-HCG and ultrasonography during early threatened abortion is remarkable,which in accordance with previous result. |
