Clinical Observation On Efficacy Of Early Knee Osteoarthritis By The Fixed-point Manipulation Combined With The Functional Exercise

Object:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the Fixed-Point manipulation combined with functional exercise in the treatment of early knee osteoarthritis.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,We selected inpatients in the orthopedic ward 3 of Xiamen traditional Chinese hospital from December 2015 to December 2016.The patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with the distribution ratio 1:1.The control group contains general treatment and functional exercise therapy,while the experimental group contains general treatment,the Fixed-Point manipulation and functional exercise.The period of treatment last for 2 weeks,and We set down the data(WOMAC score,pain score,joint stiffness degree score,daily activity score,total score)before and after treatment.Evaluating the clinical efficacy of the Fixed-Point manipulation combined with functional exercise under the analysis of SPSS 19.0 system.Results:(1)The total cases were 63,1 of the 31 cases in the control group was excluded;1 of the 32 cases in the experimental group fell out,while 1 case was excluded;(2)To compare with pre-treatment,the degree of pain,joint stiffness,ADL score,total score,nimodipine therapeutic index,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the experimental group was greater than the control group;(3)Four weeks after treatment in the two groups of proprioception,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);(4)It showed no difference between the two groups after treatment for the pain,joint stiffness,daily activity score,total score and efficacy index of nimodipine(P>0.05)between the eighth groups.Conclusion:After 2 weeks of treatment,both two kinds of treatments can reduce pain and improve the joint sufficiency,the joint function and the the daily activities,while the Fixed-Point manipulation combined with the functional exercise's clinical efficacy is superior to the functional exercise in easing the ache.
