Clinical Observation Of Yi Shen Jiang Tang Decoction On The Indexes Of Micro Inflammation In Patients With Diabetic Kidney Disease

Objective:Observation of Yi shen jiang tang decoction on clinical stage in patients with diabetic kidney disease,and the effects on Hs-CRP and plasma Fib,Hcy and so on,to further verify the clinical curative effect of Yi shen jiang tang decoction,and explore the possible mechanism of Yi shen jiang tang decoction,delaying the progression of diabetic kidney disease,and provide new ideas for the treatment of diabetic kidney disease with combination of TCM and Western medicine.Methods:80 cases of diabetic kidney disease with Qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=40)and the test group(n=40).The cases in control group were treated by simple western medicine which according to the Consensuson prevention and treatment of diabetic kidney disease(version 2014)in the treatment diabetic kidney disease,the cases in test group were treated by Yi Shen Jiang Tang decoction combined with western medicine,the course of treatment was 2 months.To observe the clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome efficacy,and compare the changes of 24h urinary protein,serum Hs-CRP,Hey and plasma Fib before and after treatment.,Then the results were statistically analyzed.Results:1.Two groups of patients before the treatment of general information,such as gender,age,course of disease,clinical and biochemical indicators related to traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores are comparable(p>0.05);2.Two groups of patients in the treatment of TCM syndrome scores were significantly reduced,the test group was significantly better than the control group(p<0.05);3.After treatment,FPG?2hPG?TG?LDL-C?24 hour urine protein quantitation were all decreased in the two groups,the difference was statistically significant;The test group was better than the control group(p<0.05);4.Two groups of Hs-CRP?Hcy?Fib decreased compared with before treatment(p<0.05)The test group was better than the control group,(p<0.05);5.The clinical efficacy of the test group and the control group were 84.2%and 62.1%(p<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.the basic treatment of Western medicine combined with Yi shen Jiang tang decoction can significantly improve clinical symptoms of patients with deficiency of Qi and Yin with blood stasis type IV diabetic kidney disease,TCM syndrome score improved significantly better than the pure western medicine group;2.The basic treatment of Western medicine combined with Yi shen Jiang tang decoction can reduce the 24 hour urine protein quantitation,TG,LDL-C and blood glucose levels,in the reduction of urinary protein excretion,regulation of glucose and lipid metabolism disorder is better than the control group;3 the test group can significantly reduce the DKD and plasma Fib,Hcy levels in patients with Hs-CRP,the effect is better than that of the control group,suggesting that Yi Shen Jiang Tang decoction combined with western medicine treatment can inhibit the renal part of the micro inflammatory reaction.
