| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Fuyangtongdu moxibustion on the effect of spastic paralyzed muscle tone in stroke patients,to find a more suitable treatment for stroke patients with spastic paralysis.Methods:Sixty patients with spastic paralysis of stroke who were admitted to rehabilitation clinic and rehabilitation ward of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September,2015 to December,2016 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.In treatment group,all the patients use Fuyangtongdu moxibustion as treatment theropy,six times a week,the control group to conventional treatment of baclofen,from 5mg,2 times each day,according to the patient's condition and physical condition,after a week dose increased to 10 mg,2 times.Both groups were treated for four weeks.The patients were evaluated by the Modified Ashworth Spasm Rating Scale,Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Scale and ADL Scale before and after the treatment,and the scores were recorded and the results were statistically analyzed a conclusion.Results: The improvement of ADL score and Fugl-Meyer motor function score were better than that of baclofen group(P <0.05),Fuyang Tongdu moxibustion group was superior to baclofen group(P <0.05)in reducing the muscle tone score of stroke patients with spastic paralysis.The total effective rate of Fuyang Tongdu Moxibustion Group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of baclofen was 90%.The results showed that Fuyang Tongdu moxibustion had a significant effect on the decrease of spasticity and paralysis muscle tension,and the effect of Fuyang Tongdu moxibustion group was better than that of baclofen group.Conclusions:Fuyangtongdu moxibustion can effectively reduce the muscle spasm of patients with spastic paralysis,the clinical efficacy is better than conventional treatment of baclofen,the method is more safe and effective,worthy of clinical promotion. |
