1.Clinic study1.1 Objective:This study was designed to investigate the effect of Fe NO and asthma control test(ACT)before and after formal therapy in bronchial asthma patients,To investigate the correlation between Fe NO and ACT scores,To evaluate the significance of Fe NO determination in the diagnosis and treatment of asthma1.2 Methods:Reference to the Chinese guidelines for prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma2013 version of the standard,Selected the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in January 2016 to December 2016 patients 50 people,These patients were diagnosed for the first time and were not treated properly,Follow the guidelines for asthma prevention and treatment for 2 months,Before and after treatment were done Fe NO and ACT score examination,Using statistical methods to compare these two methods in the treatment of asthma are different,And to analyze the two methods in assessing the relevance of asthma,to further understand the value of FENO in the diagnosis and treatment of asthma?1.3 Results:1.3.1 According to the reference,FENO normal concentration is defined as 25 bbp,Above 25 bbp that the airway has varying degrees of inflammation,Forty-five patients with FENO ? 25 bbp were enrolled in 50 patients before routine treatment(87.98±31.32),Positive rate of 90%,After regular treatment test FENO again,FENO? 25 bbp in 41 cases(34.54±9.62),the positive rate of 82%?Using spss software analysis,result:The level of Fe NO in asthmatic patients was significantly lower than that before treatment,t=12.59,P<0.01,At the level of a = 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.1.3.2 Pre-treatment ACT scores were(17.84±1.88),Of which 25 points,complete control of asthma in 0 cases;20 to 24 points,part of the control of nine people;? 19 points,41 cases of asthma without control? The level of ACT in asthmatic patients was significantly lower than that treatment,P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant.1.3.3 Using the linear correlation analysis in statistical software,The correlation coefficient between FENO concentration and ACT score before treatment was-0.639(r=-0.639,p <0.01),The relationship between the two is negatively correlated,The concentration of FENO in bronchial asthma decreased as the ACT score increased,There was no correlation between the two groups after treatment(r =-0.018,p> 0.05)?2.Experimental study2.1 Objective: To observe the effect of Juan xiao Yi fei Decoction on the levels of IL-4 and IL-17 in asthmatic rats,To explore the immune mechanism of Juan xiao Yif ei Decoction in treating asthma.2.2 Methods:We randomly divided Sixty health SD ratsinto 6 groups,all rats are male : Normal control group,asthmatic model group,Su huang Zhi ke Capsule Chinese medicine group,Juan xiao Yi fei Decoction low dose,middle dose,high dose group,Each group of 10,A week after routine feeding began to build an asthma model,Sensitization 2times,Was stimulated with Ovalbumin(OVA),once a day for 6 weeks.After the end of modeling with Juan xiao yi fei soup,the Chinese medicine group with Su huang zhi ke capsule treatment,The rats in the normal group and the model group were given normal saline,Once a day for 2 weeks.,Chinese medicine high dose group dose is 9.24 g / kg /d(equivalent to 14 times the adult),Chinese medicine in the middle dose group dose is4.26 g / kg / d(equivalent to 7 times the adult),Chinese medicine low dose group dose is2.25 g / kg / d(equivalent to 3.5 times the adult),Su huang group dose is 4.26 g / kg /d.The levels of IL-4 and IL-17 in serum and alveolar lavage fluid were measured after two weeks,To explore the mechanism of Juan xiao Yi fei Decoction on asthma treatment.2.3 Results:2.3.1 The content of IL-17 in serum of rats:The levels of serum IL-17 in the model group and the normal group were statistically significant.The level of IL-17 in the normal group was significantly lower than that in the model group(P <0.01).The levels of IL-17 in the treatment group and the model group were significantly lower than those in the model group(P <0.01).;The levels of serum IL-17 in the middle dose group and the high dose group were lower than those in the Chinese medicine group(P <0.01).Compared with the low dose group of Juan xiao yi fei soup and the Su huang group,the content of IL-17 was no tatistically significant(P ?0.05).2.3.2 The content of TNF-? in serum of rats:The levels of serum TNF-? in the model group and the normal group were statistically significant.The level of TNF-? in the normal group was significantly lower than that in the model group(P <0.01).The levels of TNF-? in the treatment group and the model group were significantly lower than those in the model group(P <0.01).The levels of serum TNF-? in the middle dose group and the high dose group were lower than those in the Chinese medicine group(P <0.01).Compared with the low dose group of Juan xiao yi fei soup and the Su huang group,the content of TNF-? was no statistically significant(P <0.05).2.3.3 Absorb IL-17 levels in rat alveolar lavage fluid :The levels of alveolar lavage fluid IL-17 levels,in the model group and the normal group were statistically significant.The level of IL-17 in the normal group was significantly lower than that in the model group(P <0.01).The levels of IL-17 in the treatment group and the model group were significantly lower than those in the model group(P <0.01).;The alveolar lavage fluid IL-17 levels,in the middle dose group and the high dose group were lower than those in the Chinese medicine group(P <0.01).Compared with the low dose group of Juan xiao yi fei soup and the Su huang group,the content of IL-17 was no tatistically significant(P ?0.05).2.3.4 TNF-? levels present in rat alveolar lavage fluid:The levels of TNF-? in the alveolar lavage fluid were significantly different between the model group and the normal group.,The level of TNF-? in the normal group was significantly lower than that in the model group(P <0.01).The levels of TNF-? in the treatment group and the model group were significantly lower than those in the model group(P <0.01).;The alveolar lavage fluid TNF-? levels,in the middle dose group and the high dose group were lower than those in the Chinese medicine group(P <0.01).Compared with the low dose group of Juan xiao yi fei soup and the Su huang group,the content of TNF-? was no tatistically significant(P ?0.05).3.Conclusion3.1 Through the study can be inferred,Fe NO indicators can be used as an important reference to the degree of asthma airway inflammation,Can help clinical workers for the diagnosis of asthma,There was a negative correlation between the concentration of Fe NO and the ACT score.3.2 Juan xiao yi fei decoction can be used to treat asthma,its immune mechanism may be to inhibit interleukin-17(IL-17),TNF-? production,Thereby reducing airway inflammation.
