| A two-dimensional material is a material in which electrons can only move freely(plane motion)on two non-nanoscale scales(1-100 nm),such as nanofilm,superlattice,quantum well and so on.Due to its unique and specific physical and chemical properties,two-dimensional materials became one of the most widely studied materials.Montmorillonite and graphene as a classic two-dimensional materials into many research areas of research hot spots.In this paper,T1-type oral contrast agents which can be used for gastrointestinal magnetic resonance imaging were prepared with montmorillonite as carrier.In addition,the films were prepared by using graphene as the carrier for antibacterial and skin wound healing.Meanwhile,the biosafety of the two materials was studied.The main research results included the following two aspects:1.We successfully prepared a montmorillonite / gadolinium / diethyl triamine pentaacetic acid complex.The composite has a good magnetic resonance imaging effect,the longitudinal relaxation rate can be achieved,can be used for digestive tract magnetic resonance imaging.The biosafety of the complex is good,and little leakage of gadolinium ions from complex can reduce the harm of body.In addition,lower cost and higher productivity showed a great clinical potential.2.We successfully prepared a sodium alginate / silver-containing graphene composite film.The composite membrane has a good in vitro antibacterial effect.A promotion effect of healing wound of rat skin were validate additionally.In addition,the composite membrane has good mechanical properties and good biosafety,with great clinical potential. |
