Objective: The antibacterial agent was added into the soft lining material of silicone rubber to make the soft lining material have long antibacterial property.Methods: 1.Under normal temperature the concentration was 0%,,1%,2%,3%,4%,5% of the surface modification and antibacterial agent of silicone soft lining materials are evenly mixed,poured into the mold in the preparation of a 10 mm diameter,circular specimen thickness of 2 mm,the film mulching method was used to detect the anti silicone soft lining bacterial materials.2.Long term efficacy of antimicrobial agents: the best quality of the antibacterial agent was added to the soft lining material for artificial saliva 37? constant temperature incubator for 3 months and ultraviolet light irradiation 8 h aging treatment,detection of antimicrobial efficacy.3.Harmonic time test: According to the antibacterial effects of different concentrations of antibacterial agent will be added to the soft lining materials,each mass fraction measured 10 mL,using a spatula mixing soft lining material,record the time harmonic,soft lining materials respectively from contact with each other to mix evenly with time.4.Density test: 0.5 mL soft lining material on the test machine base plate center,pressure plate falling,let it stop,remove the pressure to keep the pressure after 5 seconds,a pressure plate is still in the down position,after 15 minutes increased compression plate,a circular sample in the basal plate,circular sample diameter measurement.Results: 1.The analysis of the experimental data shows that the experimental group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05),in a certain range,the higher the concentration of antibacterial,antibacterial effect is better,and when the mass fraction of the addition of modified antibacterial agents in more than 3% silicone soft lining materials antibacterial rate of more than 90%.2.After adding the best quality fraction of the soft lining material,after the aging treatment,the antibacterial properties of soft lining material decreased slightly,but still had good antibacterial effect.3.When the soft lining material was added to the antibacterial agent,and there was statistically significant between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).With the increase of adding amount of new antibacterial alginate impression material density and the control group had no significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.After adding the surface modified antibacterial agent,the antibacterial property of the silicone rubber soft lining material was improved obviously.2.The silicone rubber lining material with the surface modified antibacterial agent has a longer time than the silicone rubber lining material,and no significant change in density.
