Objective: This paper introduces an improved continuous traction suspension for the treatment of congenital mild to moderate nipple retraction, and to point out the effectiveness and stability of the method in the treatment of congenital mild to moderate nipple retraction,To explore whether the consolidation of treatment can effectively reduce the nipple retraction rate. Methods : Selection of 32 female unborn cases with congenital mild to moderate nipple retraction, aged 18~30 years old,in department of Sichuan provincial Academy of Medical Sciences & Sichuan provincial people's Hospital of plastic Surgery between January 2015 and August 2016.The patients were divided into two groups: group A(n = 16)and group B(n = 16).The number of mild and moderate nipples in group A was 16,15,respectively,and the number of moderate and moderate nipples in group B was 16,16.A and B group were improved continuous traction suspension, which group A traction end of the end of treatment, group B in the traction end of the increase in consolidation treatment. The height and volume of the nipples in group A were measured at the preoperative(T0),traction end(T1)and 80 days after traction(T2).The height and volume of nipples were measured in group B before operation(T0),traction end(T1),consolidation period(T2)and six months after the end of treatment(T3).Changes in the size and volume of all cases from T1 and T0 demonstrate the effectiveness of continuous external traction suspension in the treatment of nipple retraction and the difference between mild and moderate nipple retraction. From group A and B,the height and volume changes in T2 and T1 demonstrate whether consolidation therapy can effectively prevent nipple retraction.Changes in the height and volume of patients from group B in T3 and T2 demonstrate the stability and persistence of improved continuous traction suspension combined with consolidation therapy for nipple retraction. The results were analyzed using SPSS22.0 for statistical analysis. Results: 1?In this study, the nipple height and nipple volume of the two groups were analyzed at T1 and T0 at 1243.030 and 681.005,respectively.The corresponding p value was <0.001,<0.001,the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the improved continuous traction Suspension can be effective in the treatment of congenital mild to moderate nipple retraction;2? The changes of nipple height and volume of T1 and T0 in mild and moderate nipple retraction were 0.044 and 0.005 respectively, and the corresponding p values were 0.835 and 0.942 respectively. The p value was> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant There was a statistically significant difference in the effect of modified continuous traction on congenital mild to moderate treatment, and the effect of modified continuous traction suspension on mild nipple retraction was not necessarily better than that of moderate nipple retraction.3?The fractions of the nipple height and volume change were 20.8870 and 75.442 at the end of the traction phase(T1)and 45 days(T2)at the end of the traction period, and the corresponding p values were <0.001,<0.001,indicating that increased consolidation of treatment can effectively reduce the degree of congenital mild to moderate nipple retraction after traction suspended nipple retraction rate;4?In the study group B,the height and volume changes of T3 and T2 were 0.001,0.384,respectively,and the corresponding p values were 0.975 and 0.537 respectively. The p value was> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,The height and volume of the nipples in T3 and T2 patients after traction suspension were also different, and the stability of the nipple retraction was also described. Conclusions: 1?Improved continuous traction suspension for mild, moderate nipple retraction are effective;2? Improved continuous traction suspension of mild nipple retraction of the treatment is not necessarily better than moderate nipple retraction;3?The maintenance of the consolidation period can effectively reduce the degree of retraction of the nipple retraction after traction and suspension of the patients with congenital mild to moderate nipple retraction, and reduce the retraction rate of the nipple to ensure the effect of traction operation.4?Improved continuous traction suspension for the treatment of congenital mild to moderate nipple retraction treatment, can effectively solve the postoperative nipple retraction,to maintain the stability of the nipple pulled out.
