Purpose:This study aims to through the establishment of skeletal muscle of rats with blunt injury model of intervention by electroacupuncture and acupuncture treatment,observation of HE staining slices and phosphoric acid in the blood and local muscle creatine kinase(CK),interleukin-6(IL-6)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)expression,analysis the influence of common acupuncture and electroacupuncture for morphology and the inflammatory response after injury of skeletal muscle,to explore common acupuncture and electroacupuncture in rats skeletal muscle inflammation and repair regeneration and the influence of difference.For clinical common skeletal muscle acute blunt injury to provide effective treatment reference.Methods:Randomly dividing 36 male SD rats into normal group,control group,acupuncture group and electroacupuncture group.The normal group 6 rats,the remaining group 10 rats in each.Points cage word,4 rats in each cage,free food,and the light natural circadian rhythm changes.Normal group does not do damage,the rest three groups by using free fall against skeletal muscle injury animal model,after the success of the building,follow the principle of RICE,ice compress five minutes and 24 h after the control group,untreated,acupuncture group and acupuncture and cupping set the density wave type electroacupuncture treatment,once per day,three days after the treatment,based on detection of skeletal muscle of rats with blunt injury treatment after three days of creatine phosphate kinase(CK),interleukin-6(IL-6)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),analyze its relevance.The experimental data by SPSS statistical software package for 20 independent sample T test,the significance level of P < 0.05,very significance level of P < 0.01.Results:(1)the normal group,control group,acupuncture group and the curative group CK values,compared with normal group,control group CK significantly higher(P< 0.01),the electroacupuncture group increased(P< 0.05),acupuncture group there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Compared with control group,acupuncture group and the electroacupuncture group of CK value decreased significantly(P < 0.01);The normal group,control group,acupuncture group and the electroacupuncture group of IL-6 in the blood values,compared with normal group,control group,acupuncture group and IL-6 in electroacupuncture group were significantly higher(P < 0.01).IL-6 compared with control group,acupuncture group increased(P < 0.05),the electroacupuncture group there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).(2)immunohistochemical CK,IL-6,the control group is significantly higher than normal group(P < 0.01),the electroacupuncture group and acupuncture group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01);VEGF immunohistochemical comparison,compared with the normal group,we can see the acupuncture group and the electroacupuncture group was significantly higher(P< 0.01),control group also has a higher(P< 0.05).(3)HE dyeing mirror slice observation,the control group of injury of skeletal muscle is arranged disorderly,part of the muscle fiber fracture,a large number of inflammatory factor;The arrangement of acupuncture group and the electroacupuncture group is relatively stable,some local infiltration of inflammatory factors.Conclusions :(1)Acupuncture and electroacupuncture,acupuncture on serum inflammatory cytokines CK the inhibition effect of slightly stronger than the electroacupuncture,acupuncture can make the damage of skeletal muscle get better repair on morphology.(2)The electroacupuncture do functions on the curative locally by promoting angiogenesis and appropriate to improve the level of IL-6 to improve muscle repair effect is slightly better than that of acupuncture.(3)VEGF increases in the process of skeletal muscle repairing damage,acupuncture and electroacupuncture can promote VEGF generation,to generate new blood vessels,which contributed to the damage of local repair and regeneration.
