The Clinical Curative Observation Of Xibi Ointment In Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Of Yang Deficiency And Blood Stagnation

Objective: This Graduation thesis is to observe the clinical curative of Xibi ointment in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis by Clinical randomized controlled trials.Methods: There are 66 patients suffered from KOA of Yang deficiency and blood stagnation in our hospital.We divided these patients into a contrast group and a treatment group by according to a random number table method.Each group contained 33 patients.The 33 patients in the contrast group are cooperated with the placebo treatment,and the 33 patients in the treatment group are cooperated with the Xibi ointment treatment.Two groups are compared with knee osteoarthritis severity index score(VAS score,WOMAC score)and TCM syndrome integral after 10 times treatments.Results:(1)Compared with contrast group,the total effective rate of treatment group was 87.88% which was higher than the contrast group(60.61%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(2)Compared with contrast group,VAS score,TCM syndrome score and WOMAC score of treatment group were reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The technique of Xibi ointment should be recommended to use in clinic.As the technique of Xibi ointment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with knee osteoarthritis of Yang deficiency and blood stagnation.
