| Objective: To observe the effect of Zuoguiwan on the side effect of GnRH-a after surgery and the influence of of quality of life.Methods: All 60 patients with endometriosis treated with Leuprorelin acetate mierospheres for injection one cycle-s 4 weeks combined Laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal were divided to two groups according to the random number table method when they appear perimenopausal symptoms of kidney-yin deficiency because of using GnRH-a for 4 weeks.30 c-ases cases in each group.The control group used pentanoic acid estradiol(1mg/d)and medroxyprogesterone acetate(2mg/d)during experimental session.The experimental group of oral zuoguiwan in the control group on the basis.Then compare the Kupperman Index scores?Endometriosis health profile-5 scores?E2.Result: Afte-r 4 weeks and 12 weeks treatment E2 levels in all patients fell to the level of m-enopause,there was nosignificant difference in E2 levels between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Kupperman Index scores: After treatment the scores of the improved Kupperman symptom in all patients had significantly incre-ased(P<0.05),There were no statistically significant differences betweentwo groups on the scores after 4 weeks and withdrawal for 3months(P>0.05).Endometriosis h-e alth profile-5: There were no statistically significant differences betweentwo group-s on the scores after withdrawal for 3months(P>0.05).Two groups before and afte-r treatment overall evaluation of endometriosis health profile-5 scores was statistica-l ly significant(P<0.05),After 12 weeks treatment endometriosis health profile-5 sco-r es was statistically significant in symptoms?self-image?sexucal life(P<0.05).Con-c lusion: The zuoguiwan was safe.The zuoguiwan can effectively alleviate the the side effect of GnRH-a treatment of endometriosis after laparoscopic surgey.There wa s no obvious side and can also improve the quality of life. |
