The Correlation Analysis Between IL-6 And The Pathogenesis Of Chronic Hepatitis C

Objective: Research on chronic hepatitis C patients serum level of IL-6 and viral load and the correlativity of ALT,AST.Methods: 50 patients with chronic hepatitis C,at the same time,collection of 50 cases of healthy subjects.All the research object of serum hepatitis C virus(HCV RNA)gene loads using fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction detection,alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)level was measured using automatic biochemical analyzer test,IL-6 level detection using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(E LISA),and their numerical statistics.Results: Compared with control group that health group,group of patients with chronic hepatitis C higher overall level of serum ALT,IL-6,were significantly more than normal,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.01).In patients with chronic hepatitis c,the IL-6 levels between the group and normal group,HCV RNA loads,ALT,AST three indices between the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: The abnormal fluctuation and serum levels of IL-6 with chronic hepatitis C has certain relevance,clinically can be through the detection of serum inflammatory mediators IL-6,ALT levels and HCV RNA loads to get to know the progress of the disease,to assist diagnosis and treatment hepatitis C,evaluation therapeutic effect,monitoring the complications,evaluate the prognosis of patients.
