| Objective: To analyze the differences of left ventricular diastolic function between Han nationality and Uygur nationality with Hypertension and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)in Urumqi.Methods: A total of 334 patients with hypertension and OSAHS in Urumqi were chosen from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from October 2014 to May 2016.There were 243 cases of Han nationality and 91 cases of Uygur nationality.we collected the clinical data and auxiliary examination results.All subjects underwent cardiac echocardiography,overnight polysomnography,24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring.Results:(1)The pulse pressure(56.2±17.7)mmHg and body mass index(BMI)(30.7±4.0)kg/m2 in Uygur nationality group were significantly higher than those in Han nationality group(51.6±14.7)mm Hg(t=-2.413,P=0.016,P<0.05)(27.6±3.7)kg/m2(t=-6.713,P=0.010,P<0.05);The lowest blood oxygen saturation(LSaO2)(78.5±2.7)% was lower in the Uygur group than those in the Han group(81.3±4.1)%(t=5.933,P=0.002,P<0.05).(2)left ventricular diastolic early peak flow velocity/left ventricular late diastolic peak velocity(E/A)(0.70±0.25),mitral E peak deceleration time(DT)(179.54±53.33)ms and left ventricular isovolumic relaxation time(IV RT)(95.88±16.01)ms were all lower in Uygur nationality group than those in the Han nationality group(1.30±0.30)(t=17.160,P=0.001,P<0.05)?(191.66±46.72)ms(t=2.029,P=0.043,P<0.05)?(114.84±20.69)ms(t=7.896,P=0.002,P<0.05),Left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd)(42.56±6.62)mm were significantly higher in Uygur patients than those in Han patients(38.92±5.82)mm(t=-4.900,P=0.001,P<0.05).Conclusion: Uygur patients with hypertension and OSAHS were more likely to Sufferfrom left ventricular diastolic dysfunction compared with the Han patients in the same region,which may be that Uygur patients had more severe hypoxia,higher pulse pressure and BMI. |
