Objective:To analye essential hypertension(EH)urinary albumin-to-creatinie ratio(UACR)in detection results,to study the risk factors for coronary heart disease(CHD)in Essential Hypeytensive patients.Analysis of UACR levels in patients with essential hypertension plus CHD,to inventigate the relationship between UACR and the severity of coronary stenosis in patients with EH plus CHD.Methods: Three hundred and sixty-one EH patients were divided into simple EH group(n=182)and EH plus CHD group(n=179)according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The EH plus CHD group was further divided into three subgroups, group respectively for single vascular lesion(51cases),double vascular lesions(54),multivessel vascular lesions(74).The grouping is based on the scope of pathological changes. We collect the sex, age, diabetes mellitus history and smoking history, then evaluate UACR?BG?TC?TG?HDL-C?LDL-C?Lp(a)of each group.Data analysis was conducted using SPSS17.0.Results:(1)The level of UACR in EH plus CHD group was significantly higher than that of EH group(P<0.05);(2)UACR level was one of the risk factors for CHD in EH patients(OR=1.006,95%CI:1.001~1.010,P=0.011.);(3)The levels of UACR at 30-300mg/g(MAU)in essential hypertension group(24.7%)was lower than that in EH plus CHD group(36.9%)(2? =6.866,P<0.05);(4)The levels of UACR of multivessel vascular lesions group were higher than that of both single vascular lesions group and double vascular lesions group(P<0.05);(5)The level of UACR is significantly related to Gensini score(r=0.281,P<0.05).Conclusion:Elevated UACR levels is one of the risk factors for CHD in EH patients. The level of UACR in hypertension plus CHD has a certain correlation with the degree of coronary artery disease, which can be used as a clinical index to reflect the degree of coronary artery disease.
