Correlation Analysis Of Serum FGF2 With Left Ventricular Hypertrophy In Essential Hypertension Of Xinjiang Han,Uygur And Kazak

Objective:To compare the expression levels of serum FGF2 in different ethnic groups(Uygur,Kazak and Han in XinJiang),who were from Xinjiang with essential hypertension(EH),and to investigate the correlation between serum FGF2 and hypertension complicated with left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH).Methods : Three hundred and two patients(120Han,85 Uygur,97Kazak)with essential hypertension were enrolled at the Department of Hypertension in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from September 2014 to March 2016.The clinical datas of patients were collected and the results of blood biochemistry and cardiac ultrasonography were deteced.The levels of FGF2 in peripheral blood were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).In three ethnic groups,based on electrocardiogram criteria,the subjects were divided into two groups:LVH group and NLVH group.To compare the expression level of serum FGF2 in LVH group and NLVH group,and the relationship between LVH and BMI,FBG,Scr,LVEF in hpertensive Patients.Results:(1)The serum FGF2 level was significantly higher than that of Han and Kazak(p<0.05),And there was no racial difference in levels of FGF2 between Han and kazak(p>0.05).(2)LVMI was gradually increased in Han,Uygur and Kazak hypertensive patients.The serum FGF2 levels in NLVH group were higher than LVH group of the same ethnic hypertensive patients,and there were statistically significant differences(p<0.05).(3)The serum FGF2 levels were positively correlated with LVMI in ethnic groups Han,Uyghur and Kazak(p <0.05).Conclusion:There existed racial differences of the serum levels of FGF2.And it migth play an important role in the process of hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy.
