Clinical Research On Acupuncture Twisting And Complement In Treatment Of Insomnia In Depressive(Deficiency Of Both The Heart And The Spleen)

Objective:To observe the curative effect of acupuncture twisting and complement treatment of insomnia in depressive,provide clinical basis for clinical treatment of insomnia in depressive.Before and after the acupuncture twisting and complement treatment of Pittsburgh Sleeep Quality Index(PSQI),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score comparison were indicators.Methods:90 cases in accordance with the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into three groups: ordinary acupuncture group,ordinary acupuncture plus auricular-plaster therapy group,ordinary acupuncture plus twisting and complement group,all the patients were scored by Pittsburgh Sleeep Quality Index,Hamilton depression scale and Self-rating Depression Scale between pre and post treatment,observe the clinical effect.Results: 1.After 20 days of treatment,three groups after treatment of PSQI score and HAMD score and SDS score were reduced compared with before treatment,compare the difference was statistically significant group within itseif(P<0.01).2.After 20 days of treatment,curative effect comparison between the three groups after treatment,(P<0.05).After treatment the curative effect of ordinary acupuncture group compared with ordinary acupuncture plus auricular-plaster therapy group and acupuncture group compared with ordinary acupuncture plus twisting and complement group,P<0.01,curative effect difference was statistically significant.The efficient of ordinary acupuncture plus twirling manipulation group compared with ordinary acupuncture plus auricular-plaster therapy group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.01).3.After 20 days of treatment,the PSQI?HAMD and SDS scale differences was compared between groups(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:Every treatment of this research treatment of depression patients with insomnia were effective;ordinary acupuncture plus twirling manipulation or auricular-plaster therapy treatment of insomnia in depressive for improving depressive symptoms and sleeping quality better than ordinary acupuncture group,prompt comprehensive acupuncture therapy has advantages to treatment of depression patients with insomnia;ordinary acupuncture plus twisting and complement group reduced the scores of PSQI?HAMD and SDS scale to ordinary acupuncture group and ordinary acupuncture plus auricular-plaster therapy group significantly.
