Effect Of Northwest Dry Syndrome On Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease In Xinjiang City Of Kashgar

Objective:To investigate the incidence of dry syndrome in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in different ethnic groups in Xinjiang Kashgar area,and to explore the effect of northwest dry syndrome on the condition and evidence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in Xinjiang Kashgar area,With a view to the high risk of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease screening,as well as clinical intervention for traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the theoretical basis.Methods: 90 cases of first and second people's hospitals in Kashgar area were diagnosed as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and community clinics in Kashgar area without suffering from related diseases and age,sex,ethnicity and so on.Significant differences in healthy residents were sent to the questionnaire survey and recovered from the Northwest Dryness Inventory.Further,two groups of data were analyzed and statistically analyzed.The differences between the two groups were found.Effect of slow-block lung in Kashgar area.Results:(1)The prevalence of Han and male patients was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the prevalence of dryness syndrome was significantly higher in the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease than that in male patients.And the prevalence of female northwest dry syndrome was significantly higher than the prevalence of non-Northwest dry syndrome,and the prevalence of Uygur women in the northwest dry syndrome was significantly higher than the national males,women with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were affected by the Northwest dry syndrome greater than male.At the same time the northwest dry syndrome on the incidence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease there are ethnic differences,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the Han suffering from the Northwest dry syndrome is higher than the Uygur.(2)The relative risk of OR of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)was 8.11,and the scores of western medicine and Western medicine were significantly higher in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease than those in Northwest China.The extent of the impact by the Northwest dry card effect.(3)Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and lung injury and liver and kidney essence and blood deficiency syndrome was significantly higher in the control group.The results showed that the lungs were the main manifestations of the disease in the northwest of the Han patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Female northwest dry syndrome patients with major syndromes manifested as liver and kidney essence and blood deficiency card.(4)Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the northwest dry syndrome deficiency syndrome with qi deficiency manifested significantly,Yin deficiency syndrome followed.In the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the severity of Uygur deficiency syndrome and Qi deficiency syndrome were higher than those of the Han nationality.The severity of the deficiency syndrome of the female patients was higher than that of the male patients.The severity of the male deficiency syndrome was higher than that of the male patients female.Conclusion: In the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the degree of female affected by the northwest dryness syndrome is more than that of the male.The Han nationality is more susceptible to the northwest dry syndrome than the Uygurs.The lungs are the main manifestations of the disease,Main characteristics of Uighur patients.Female patients with major syndromes characterized by liver and kidney essence and blood deficiency card.Lung health hole skin dry syndrome,liver and kidney essence and blood deficiency card and Xinjiang Kashgar region COPD stable TCM relationship between the most closely.In the patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the patients with deficiency of qi deficiency syndrome in the northwest were more common than those of the deficiency syndrome,and the deficiency syndrome of the Uighur was more serious than that of the Han nationality.The syndromes of the patients with deficiency syndrome were mainly Performance,male Yang deficiency as the main syndrome.
