Quyuhuazhuo Decoction For Treating CKD-? Of Dampness Turbid Static Blood Pattern Type Of VC In Patients With Clinical Observation

Objective:Observe the curative effective of Quyuhuazhuo decoction in treating CKD of Dampness Turbid Static Blood Pattern Type of Residual renal function,Mineral Metabolism and vascular calcification.Method:Screening the 60 patients in March,2016--December,2016,the First Affiliated Hospital,Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine of Nephrology Clinic who in CKD-4 combined VC,Chinese medicine diagnosis of dual vacuity of yin and yang,combination dampness turbid static blood pattern.Improve patients' initial moment of various physical and chemical indicators,to Quyuhuazhuo decoction,life diet control and the western medicine foundation treatment.4 weeks for a period of treatment,all patients were given six periods of treatment with combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Observed before and after treatment in patients with eGFR,TCM symptom scores,calcium,phosphorus,iPTH,IMT and RI,then assess the effect of treatment.Results:Quyuhuazhuo decoction have great curative effect in that patients who suffer from CKD-4 of dampness turbid static blood pattern,the overall efficiency can be 94.44%,all kinds of TCM symptoms improved after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,patients' SCr,eGFR,calcium and iPTH are obviously improved(P<0.01).Before and after treatment patients' phosphorus levels have no significant improvement(P>0.0 5).After treatment,patients' Calcium-phosphorus product improved(P<0.05),IMT and RI get different levels remission(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quyuhuazhuo decoction can effectively protect the residual renal function in patients with CKD,correct mineral metabolism disorders and pathological elevated PTH,slow down and reverse vascular calcification,improve patients' symptoms and body state,slow disease progression significantly.
