Clinical Observation Of A Decoction Of Jia Wei Zhi Gan Cao To Treat Heart Qi And Yin Deficiency Type Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of treating heart-qi&yin deficiency type stable angina pectoris among different types of stable angina pectoris with the traditional chinese herbal formulae consist of Jiawei Zhi Gan Cao Decoction.Methods:Collect 30 patients with the standards of the Qi and yin deficiency type of stable angina pectoris,then give them Jia Wei Zhi gan cao Decoction,before breakfast and half an hour after dinner every day.For taking 6 weeks.Clinical symptoms and the reduction of nitroglycerin and the rate of ischemic ECG changes were observed before and after treatment,then analyzing and dealing with the statistics of the data by SPSS 19.0,Results:1.Total symptom score of TCM.Before treatment,the total score was 15.57 + 3.69.the total score after treatment was 7.67 + 3.37.The average decrease was 7.90 + 0.32,and the P value was<0.05.2.Each symptom score of TCM:during the treatment,the P value of the main symptoms was<0.01.The P value of exhausted feeling and dizziness was>0.05.the P value of the secondary symptoms except value exhausted feeling and dizziness was<0.05.3.The reduction of nitroglycerin:There were 6 patients(20%)who stop taking medicines.And there were 13 patients(43.33%)who start reducing the amount of medicines.There were 5 patients(16.67%)who had nothing changed.4.ECG efficiency:4 patients(13.33%)were hugely effective.14 patients(46.67%)were effective.12 patients(40.00%)were invalid,total effective rate is 60.00%.5.Total Effective Rate:There were 30 patients enrolled in this research,marked efficacy in 8 cases(26.67%),improvement in 17 cases(56.67%),inefficacy in 5 cases(16.66%),with a total efficacy rate is 83.33%.Conclusion:1.The Chinese herbal formulae consist of Decoction Of Jiawei Zhi Gan Cao can reduce the patients of symptom score of TCM,nitroglycerin,And improve the clinical symptom,with qi&yin deficiency.2.The Chinese herbal formulae consist of Decoction Of Jiawei Zhi Gan Cao can improve the patients of the ECG changes,with qi&yin deficiency...
