Objective: Vaginitis is the most common female genital tract infection,with a high recurrence.In this paper,by discussing the efficacy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of gynecological common vaginitis,and the relevant micro-ecological assessment,through clinical trials,for the treatment of vaginitis to find an optimal treatment for clinical medication Provide objective experimental basis.Methods:600 cases of vaginitis were divided into two groups: the fungal vaginitis,300 cases of bacterial vaginitis,and each disease was divided into Chinese medicine treatment group,western medicine treatment group and traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine according to the different treatment methods.Combined with the treatment group,each group of patients in 100 cases.The patients were treated with 7 days of treatment.Evaluation of the results vaginal secretions staining before and after treatment Nugent score,and vaginal secretions PH value,hydr-ogen pero-xide,leukocyte esterase,sialidase,acetaminoglucosidase,?-glucuronidase changes,see the disappearance of pathogens,the assessment of vaginal microecology.Statistical analysis software SPSS19.0 was used.Results: Results The age distribution of bacterial vaginitis showed that the majority of patients between 22 and 31 years of age accounted for 42%,followed by32-41 years old accounted for 28%,less than 22 years of age accounted for 24%.Fungal vaginitis in 300 cases,the age distribution structure can be seen between 22-31 years old patients accounted for up to 40%,followed by 32-41 years old accounted for32%,less than 22 years old accounted for 23%;Bacterial vaginitis in 300 cases,the distribution of TCM syndromes show that spleen deficiency wet syndrome patients accounted for up to 40%,44% of damp-heat sub-syndromes,kidney yang deficiency accounted for 12%,temperature poisoning syndrome accounted for 4%.Fungal vaginitis in 300 cases,the distribution of TCM syndromes showed that patients with Spleen Deficiency Sheng accounted for up to 38%,46% of damp-heat sub-syndromes,kidney yang deficiency accounted for 11%,temperature poisoning syndrome accounted for 5%;treatment(P <0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).Conclusion: Compared with the traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the growth of Lactobacillus before treatment(P> 0.05).Conclusion: Three groups of treatment methods have a certain effect in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis and fungal vaginitis.Among them,the best effect of western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment is the best.
