Clinical Research On Jianpi Yishen Massage For Abnormal Development Of Posture And Motion Of Children With Cerebral Palsy

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Yishen massage for the abnormal development of posture and motion of children with cerebral palsy and provide both a new treatment and reference for children with the disease.Methods: Sixty children cases met the criteria with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into research group and control group on the basis of the random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The research group was treated with both Jianpi Yishen massage and conventional rehabilitation,while the control group was treated with simple conventional rehabilitation.gross motor function measure was observed and recorded before and 3 courses after the treatment respectively.And the clinical efficacy was evaluated through statistical analysis on the basis of the data obtained.Results:1.In terms of marks before and after treatment in different parts from gross motor function measure of two groups,part A,B,C,D and Ewere suggested there were statistical significance(P < 0.05),while part D and E were suggested there were no statistical significance(P >0.05),both in research group and control group.2.In terms of different parts from gross motor function measure of children in two groups after treatment,part A and B were suggested there were statistical significance(P < 0.05),while part C D and E were suggested there were no statistical significance(P > 0.05).3.In terms of gross motor function measure of two groups,marks before and after treatment,the difference between them was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.In terms of gross motor function measure of children in two groups after treatment,there was statistical significance(P < 0.05)between them.5.In terms of the effectiveness of abnormal development of posture and motion,research group and control group reached 90.0% and 83.33%,which suggest there was statistical significance(P < 0.05)between them.6.Children with cerebral palsy did not appear massage-related adverse effects like bone fracture,bleeding,coma,infection and soft tissue injury during treatment.Conclusions:1.Jianpi Yishen massage combined with conventional rehabilitation and conventional rehabilitation can both improve the abnormal development of posture and motion.2.While compared to conventional rehabilitation,the combined treatment can work much better.3.The capacity of flipping and seated capacity were improved better than creeping capacity,standing capacity and moving capacity.While the research group did better than the control group in improving the...
