Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of Gynaecology Ruyi San Combined With Xiaoyaosan Add And Subtract Upon Chronic Pelvic Pain

Objective: This study uses Contrast clinical observation to observe Ganpibutiao Chronic Pelvic Pain on the therapy of Gynaecology Ruyi san which belonged to famous Chinese Medicine professor Xiu Zhenyi combined with Xiaoyaosan add and subtract.Observing and analyzing patients' treatment of Pelvic Pain symptoms,accompanyed symptoms and signs,quality of life improved and so on,and evaluating the efficacy of internal and external medicine therapy,and exploring more effective drugs and methods in traditional Chinese medicine upon the treatment of CPP.Method: 56 cases which are the Ganpibutiao Chronic Pelvic Pain are randomly divided into controled group and treatment group.(1)The controled group: 33 cases are treated with Gynaecology Ruyi san combined with Xiaoyaosan add and subtract upon.(2)The treatment group: 23 cases are only treated with Xiaoyaosan add and subtract upon.Using the medication after the first day of menstrual clean,continuous medication for 10 days as a course of treatment,looked one menstrual cycles as a course of treatment,ended by two menstrual cycles.After treatment,we can evaluate the curative effect comprehensively through TCM syndrome(Abdominal pain,Lumbosacral pain,abnormal Leucorrhea and so on),local signs,the pelvic cavity accumulates liquid,changes in pain scores,health status questionnaire,the collected data were statistical analyzed by ranking sum test,chi-square test and test through SPSS21.0 statistical software.Results: 1.The clinical efficacy: The total efficiency of the treatment group of 33 patients was 93.9%.The total efficiency of the control group of 23 patients was 78.2%.Compared with the total effects of the two groups,the treatment group exceeds the control group significantly(P=0.036<0.05).2.Compared of each index between the same group,two groups in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain,abnormal Leucorrhea and loss of control,the difference is statistically significant.In the control group,there was significant difference in relieving chronic pelvic pain and improving abnormal leucorrhea discharge(P<0.01).Compared among groups,patients in the control group are better than those in the treatment group(P<0.05)in the improvement of abdominal pain,lumbosacral pain and abnormal leucorrhea discharge,especially in the abnormal leucorrhea discharge,pain in the hard,sexual intercourse and menstrual period before and after the exacerbation is significantly better than the treatment group(P<0.01);There are significant differences in the aspects of local signs,the degree of uterine activity and the enhancement of tenderness in attachment area after treatment,the treatment group exceed the control group significantly(P<0.05).In the irregular menstruation,irritability,insomnia,etc.,two groups of curative effect,the difference is no statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Physical and chemical inspection.After treatment group comparison,two groups of treatment on pelvic fluid improvement are effective(P<0.05);compared among groups,differences are statistically significant,the observation group is better than the control group(P < 0.05);The hematocrit of peripheral blood in the observation group is lower than that before treatment(P<0.05);There is no significant difference in the total number of white blood cells and its neutral classification(WBC and NEUT #)before and after treatment(P> 0.05);There is no significant difference in WBC,NEUT # and HCT between the two groups(P> 0.05);and the two groups are compared,the improvement of HCT in peripheral blood is better than that in control group(P <0.05).4.The scores of pain scores are decreased in both groups after treatment,comparison between the two groups after treatment than before treatment,numerical rating scales(NRS score),verbal rating scales(VRS score)are statistically significant(P <0.05);There is significant difference between NRS score and VRS score group(P<0.05),indicating that both groups can reduce the pelvic pain score,and the internal and external treatment group on the analgesic effect is better than oral Chinese medicine group.5.On the integral value of quality of life: After treatment,the eight dimensions of the internal and external treatment group are significantly different from those before treatment(P <0.01),which are higher than those before treatment;The eight dimensions of the oral Chinese medicine group are improved compared with those before treatment,but only the general health,physical function,role-physical function,bodily pain before and after treatment of four dimensions are statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the score of internal and external treatment group is higher than that of oral Chinese medicine group,general health,role-emotional,social function,bodily pain,vitality,mental health dimensions are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Gynecological Ruyi san combined with Xiaoyao San add and subtract upon oral treatment of chronic pelvic pain is significant.Gynecological Ruyi san dissipation can effectively treat chronic pelvic pain.2.Gynecological Ruyi san dissipation + Xiaoyao San add and subtract upon,Xiaoyao San add and subtract upon for the liver and spleen do not tune the stagnation of chronic pelvic pain in patients with pain,symptoms of Chinese medicine and local signs have improved,and gynecological Ruyi san dissipation co-operation with Xiaoyaosan add and subtract upon is better than the simple Xiaoyao San taste,it is worth further study and promote the use.3.Gynecological Ruyi san dissociation combined with Xiaoyao San add and subtract upon internal and external treatment can better improve the quality of life of patients with chronic pelvic pain.
