Effect Of Storaight Ladybell Dwarf Lilyturf Soup Flavor On Scc And The Quality Of Life Situation Of The Hot Poison Yin Type Esophagus Cancer After Radiotherapy Patients

Objective:In this paper,by using randomized controlled methods,observe that the effect of storaight ladybell dwarf lilyturf soup flavor on SCC and the quality of life situation of the hot poison Yin type esophagus cancer after radiotherapy patients,then give more reference and accor-dance in the therapeutic areas in esophageal cancer after radiotherapy for this prescription.Methods:Choose 60 esophagus cancer patients who accord with the inclusive criteria,randomly divided into two groups,treatment group(straight ladybell dwarf lilyturf soup flavo unite radiotherapyr).control group(pure radiaion therapy),30 patients each group,radiation 50-60 Gy/5-6 weeks.And then contrast the two group before and after pharmacy,compare the serum tumor marker SCC level and mend matters patients'quality of life.Results:1.The SCC level have lower then prior treatment in both,treamtment group and control group.(p<0.05);And after treatment,treatment group's SCC reduce level is higher than the control group(p<0.05);2.After treatment,karnofsky and clinica lmain symptoms and weight improve situaton are all improved than prior treatment in both treatment group and contral group(p<0.05),And the mend matters are more clearly in treatment group than control group.3.On the incidence of adverse reactions,there are no obvious difference in leukocyte?glutamic-pyruvic transaminase?glutamic oxalacetic transaminase and creatinine between treatment group and control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Straight ladybell dwarf lilyturf soup flavor combination radiotherapy significantiy decrease serum tumor marker SCC level of patient in syndrome of yin injured by heat-toxicity;2.Straight ladybell dwarf lilyturf soup flavor can improve the quality of life of the esophageal cancer after radiotherapy toxic heat injury patients with Yin type;3.Straight ladybell dwarf lily turf soup flavor has no harmfull effect to patient's leukocyte and liver and kidney function of the esophageal cancer after radiotherapy toxic heat injury patients with Yin type;...
