Objective:Based on the changes of monoamine neurotransmitters in the nucleus accumbens,the mechanism of improving the sleep by wild jujube kernel freeze dried powder was studied.Method:1.Under the LD condition,the research on the changes of monoamine neurotransmitter in the nucleus accumbens region of rats in 24 hours10 male SD rats were selected,under anesthesia and stereotaxic localization of the brain,the microdialysis cannula was implanted in the basal forebrain accumbens region of the rat.After the operation was completed,under LD conditions(12 hours/12 hours,alternation of light and shade),the experimental animals resumed 2 days.It begins at 7:00 on the third th,until 5:00 the next day,Microdialysis technique is utilized,every 2 hours,take experimental animal brain dialysis solution for 1 hours.Then,use HPLC-EC to detect the contents of NE,DA and 5-HT in the dialysate of the experimental animals.The content of sleep-wake cycle(24 hours)was observed.2.Under the LL with brain stereotaxic.After surgery,recover for 2 days under the LL condition(24 hours of continuous illumination),in the meantime,give wild jujube kernel freeze-dried powder by gavage everyday.From 7:00 am on the third day to 17:00 on the fourth day,every two hours,take the brain dialysis solution of experimental animals for 1 hour by microdialysis automatically.Then,detect the content of the NE,DA and 5-HT in brain dialysis solution of the experimental animals by HPLC-Electrochemistry and observe the content change of awakening-sleep cycle(24 hours).Result:1.Under the LD condition,the
