Abstract/Summary:
Objective: To investigate the related factor of advanced hepatic fibrosis in patients who with types 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),and analyzed the risk factors of advanced liver fibrosis。Methods: Totally 137 patients with T2 DM and NAFLD(diagnosis of color Doppler ultrasound of the liver)from Department of Endocrinology,China-Japan union hospital of Jilin University from February 2015 to December 2015 were enrolled in our study。The history information and laboratory examinations were collected,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease fibrosis score(NAFLDFS)and insulin resistance index(HOMA2-IR)was calculated。They were divided by NAFLDFS threshold, compared the general clinical and biochemical between the groups, and calculate the impact of risk factor for hepatic fibrosis.Results:(1):A total of 137 subjects(male/female,76/61)were diagnosed as NAFLD by ultrasound. In those subjects, about 24.1% patients can diagosis of progressive fibrosis(NAFLDFS greater than 0.676),and 15.3% could excluding progressive fibrosis(NAFLDFS lower than-1.455)。(2)Pearson analysis displayed that NAFLDFS was positivelycorrelated with age、BMI、SBP and HOMA-IR;and negatively with red blood count、platelet、AST、ALT、total cholesterol、triglyceride。(3): Logistic regression analysis showed that HOMA-IR 、 SBP increased and RBC、WBC、TG reduced is the risk factor for T2 DM combined with hepatic fibrosis in NAFLD(OR=1.279,1.076,0.374,0.674,0.574)。Conclusion: Insulin resistance and systolic blood pressure is positively correlated with NAFLDFS,reminder that is a risk factor for liver fibrosis, white blood cells、red blood cells and total cholesterol is negatively correlated with NAFLDFS,reminder that is protective factors of liver fibrosis。...
