Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Cardiogenic Edema By Internal And External Treatment

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of cardiogenic edema by using the method of interior and exterior,and to explore the best treatment plan.Methods:Choose from December 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital,and the diagnosis of heart failure patients with cardiogenic edema in 60 cases,patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group according to conventional cardiac,diuretic,vasodilator therapy;treatment group on the inside and outside fire,with little digitalis drugs,treatment for 14 days,observe two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral,edema,improve cardiac function and increase urine volume had No.Results:there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment in terms of gender,age,TCM syndrome score,body weight,primary disease,6min walking test.The results showed that the patients in the two groups were comparable in the treatment of P>0.05.The gender,age,TCM syndrome score,body weight,primary disease and 6min walking test were compared between the two groups before treatment.There was no significant difference in P>0.05 between the two groups,suggesting that the two groups were comparable,1.two groups of patients with TCM symptoms,the treatment group total effectiveness 90%,control group total effectiveness 70%,the treatment group is better than the control group,and compared the calculation of P=0.018 P<0.05,with statistical significance;in improving edema,edema in two groups before and after treatment in treatment group the efficiency is 90%,the total efficiency of the control group 76.6.treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.In the improvement of cardiac function,the total effective rate was 93%in the treatment group and 80%in the control group,and the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group.2.compare the two groups of patients in the 6min walking test,after treatment,the treatment group and the control group were 477.33 + 77.18,349+ 62.38,the two groups were compared with P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.two groups of patients after treatment,urine volume increased,the treatment group before treatment was 769 + 120.03ml,7 days after treatment the urine volume was 1141 + 150.82ml,14 days after treatment,the urine volume was 1158.33 + 142.90ml group comparison,P values were less than 0.05 for meaningful,the control group before treatment the urine volume was 759.33 + 87.41ml,7 days after treatment was 991.33 + 14 days after 81.56ml treatment the urine volume was 976 + 83.93ml,the effective 7 days before treatment(P<0.05),after 7 days of treatment,no significance(P=0,57).During the period of serum potassium in treatment of 4.patients of the two groups,the treatment group before treatment,3 days,7 days,12 days,14 days of comparison,P values were 0.48,0.319,0.717,0.209,there was no significant difference in control group before treatment,3 days,7 days,12 days,14 days of comparison between groups,P the values were 0.197,0,0.03,0.139,that in the control group at the seventh day of treatment,serum potassium decreased significantly,but still in the normal range,with the reduction in the amount of urine,serum potassium and the rebound in twelfth days,until 14 days had no significant change.5.symptom scores of two groups of patients after treatment symptom scores compared to treatment group and control group respectively before and after treatment symptom score was 19.33 + 5.99,22.83 + 7.51,two compared to P=0.017.P<0.05,with statistical significance;two groups of patients before treatment and 7 days and 14 days after treatment.The number of patients with changes of TCM symptoms integral main syndrome,showed that two groups of TCM syndromes in patients with decreased,with clinical effect,but the treatment group decreased rapidly,the effect more significantly than the control group.Conclusion:for patients with cardiogenic edema and with the inside and outside consumer law treatment western medicine treatment is better than conventional western medicine,and significantly reduce the hospitalization rates of patients with heart failure,improve the quality of life of patients with heart failure,and carry forward the advantages of traditional medicine,has a certain clinical significance.
