Study On Pharmaceutical Service Model By Clinical Pharmacists In Stroke Patients

In recent years,with the aging of population density,cerebral apoplexy has become a main cause of death in our country,which is the main killer of elderly health.Since most of cerebral apoplexy patients are elderly people,thus a complex medication,as well as a combination of multiple-drug delivery is recommended.Pharmacists are often only proficient in their own professional disease,with lack of knowledge with neither those plenty of new drugs,nor the combination method of drug delivery.At the same time,domestic clinical pharmacists lack of specificity and pertinence,how to become a stroke disease clinical pharmacists,is worth further study.This article is about the exploration of pharmaceutical service model by clinical pharmacists,and the discussion of clinical pharmacists' focus on cerebral apoplexy through participation in the clinical treatment of this disease.At the same time,according to the characteristics of the disease,cerebral apoplexy,establishing dedicated to stroke the pharmaceutical care process of the disease.According to the explored pharmacy service mode,analyze prescriptions of stroke disease from a certain hospital,including drug interaction,combination and adverse reactions.At the same time,the problems found in the process are analyzed and suggested.Study shows that clinical pharmacists to participate in the pharmaceutical care of patients with cerebral apoplexy,can effectively improve medical rationality,reduce the side effects of drugs,optimal treatment plan,so as to ensure the safety and effectiveness of drug use in stroke patients.
