| OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of Guben Huayu Decoction in treating patients with Hypertensive Nephropathy and nocturia increased of Spleen and Kidney Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis,observe the changes of nocturnal urine before and after treatment,and to determine the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertensive nephropathy.Methods:40 cases were diagnosed as Hypertensive Nephropathy and Nocturia Inflammation,TCM Syndrome Differentiation for Spleen and Kidney Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis.On the basis of general treatment and blood pressure control,Guben Huayu Decoction oral,continuous taking 2 months after the use of self-treatment before and after the control method to observe the treatment before and after treatment of TCM syndrome,nocturia,and other clinical symptoms and 24-hour urine protein quantitative,?2 microglobulin.The changes were analyzed by SPSS 19.0,and the effect of Guben Huayu Decoction on the treatment of Hypertensive Nephropathy with Spleen and Kidney Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis was evaluated.Results:1.The total effective rate of Guben Huayu Decoction in treating Hypertensive Nephropathy was 90%,the effective rate of TCM syndromes was 92.5%;2.Compared with before treatment,the clinical manifestations and symptom scores of the nocturnal urine and the number of times were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the clinical symptoms were improved;3.After treatment,24h urinary protein count,?2-MG,were reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),patients with laboratory tests improved.Conclusion:1.Guben Huayu Decoction can effectively reduce the number of nocturia and the amount of urine;2.Guben Huayu Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with Hypertensive Nephropathy of Spleen and Kidney Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis type;3.Guben Huayu Decoction can effectively reduce the 24 h urinary protein,?2 microglobulin level in patients with Hypertensive Nephropathy. |
