| Objective:By comparing the inspiratory muscle training combined with respiratory training method with simple breathing training method, two ways of respiratory dysfunction in the treatment of cervical spinal injuries,to evaluate the differences of two methods in the treatment effect, further study on progressive resistance inspiratory muscle training in improving the effect of respiratory function in patients with cervical spinal injury, for providing a new method of rehabilitation treatment in patients with cervical spinal injury, respiratory function training and optimization scheme. Methods:The 46 patients who were included in the criteria were randomly assigned to the inhalation muscle training combined with the respiratory training group(test group)and the respiratory training group(control group). For all patients who are included in the spinal cord injury routine acupuncture, rehabilitation training and treatment of the disease support.A control group of 23 subjects were given a breathing exercise two times a day for 12 minutes. The experimental group 23 were given a daily inhalation muscle group of two groups of 30 breaths per group.Breathing exercises 2 times,12 minutes each time.Treatment:six days a week for six weeks. Before and after treatment of a course of treatment, the MIP,PIF,VC,FEV1.0%and the improved Borg Scale breathing difficulty index were recorded, using SPSS20.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:1.The experimental group and control group after treatment of the MIP score compared with before treatment were obviously improved, statistically significant difference(P<0.01),the two methods of training can improve inspiratory muscle function, comparison between the two group patients, statistically significant difference(P<0.01),the experimental group is better than the control group.2.The experimental group and control group after treatment the PIF score compared with before treatment were obviously improved, statistically significant difference(P<0.01),the two methods of training can improve the ability of inspiratory muscle shrinking fast,to overcome the resistance, the comparison between the two group patients, statistically significant difference(P<0.01),the experimental group is better than the control group.3.The experimental group and control group after treatment the VC compared with before treatment were obviously improved, statistically significant difference(P<0.01),the two methods of training can improve lung function, the comparison between the two group patients, statistically significant difference(P<0.01),the experimental group is better than the control group.4.The experimental group and control group after treatment FEV1.0%compared with before treatment were obviously improved, statistically significant difference(P<0.01),the two methods of training can improve lung function, comparison between the two group patients, statistically significant difference(P<0.01),the experimental group is better than the control group.5.The experimental group and the control group after treatment the Borg Scale dyspnea index are significantly decreased compared with before treatment, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01),the two kinds of training methods can improve the degree of difficulty in breathing, comparison between the two group patients, statistically significant difference(P<0.01),the experimental group is better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Traditional breathing exercises and progressive resistance inspiratory muscle training in combination with traditional breathing training can improve the inspiratory muscle function in patients with cervical spinal injury, lung function and respiratory difficulty.2.The combination of progressive resistance to inhaling muscle training combined with traditional breathing exercises is more effective in improving the respiratory function of patients with cervical spinal cord injury than traditional breathing exercises. |
