Stochastic resonance(SR)phenomenon means a nonlinear phenomenon produced under the synergy of signal and noise, appropriate noise can make the weak signal amplification, which helps systems detection and transmission the weak signal. In the nervous system, noise is ubiquitous;it can cause the phenomenon of SR and improve the nervous system's capacity of detection and transmission the weak signal. This article according to the features of neuron discharge activity established the neuron model with periodic signal and noise and studies the SR phenomenon in neuron model. This article mainly discussed two aspects of SR in neuronal systems. On one hand,SR of an integrate-and-fire neuron model subjected to signal noise and background noise is investigated. The amplitude gain of the output signal is obtained by the method of average,at the same time;we inspected the influence of background noise, the noise correlation time and two noise intensities on output amplitude gain.On the other hand, the phenomenon of stochastic resonance of a nonlinear integral-and-fire neural model subject to a voltage-gated channel noise,a synaptic noise and multiplicative signal is investigated.Based on path integral approach and two-state theory, the Fokker-Planck equation and signal-to-noise ratio are derived.Numerical simulation shows that the conventional stochastic resonance and double SR phenomenon occur in Nonlinear Integral-and-Fire neural model under different value of system parameters.Furthermore, the voltage-gated channel noise intensity can enhance the SR effect in neural system, while the synaptic noise intensity will weaken it.
