In recent years, with the development of neurobiology, more and more researches are devoted to the brain. The behaviors of human is controlled by many systems in the brain, and the leading role of nervous system decides that there has the necessity for its research. As a basic functional unit of the nervous system, neuron’s activity is not alone, but by complex links large numbers of neurons in the system coupled, they complete neural information integration, coding, output, and a series of life process. In this paper, we studied the cluster activities of neurons.As one of the dynamic behaviors stochastic resonance in neural activity plays an important role, For example, the phenomenon of stochastic resonance are observed in the experiment of neurons cluster activity in the cortex neurons of cat. And there are exper-iments show that stochastic resonance has a promoting effect on the cat’s transmission and coding[l]. In addition, under the condition of noise, stochastic resonance can be used to detect weak signals. Based on the importance of stochastic resonance and noise we make some researches on the influence of inner channel noise, external synaptic noise and periodic signal on the spatial and temporal coherence of neurons, and reveal the inner mechanism of the activity.and further investigate the impact of network topology on the overall activities.In this paper we discussed:Two methods are used to model ion channel dynamics in stochastic Hudgkin-Huxley equation.1 we use Gillespie algorithm to model the dynamics of ion channel, and give some dynamic analysis from the channel noise, synaptic noise and topology structure respectively.and find the phenomenon of stochastic reso-nance when there are only synaptic noise or only channel noise, When coexistence of both noises, there are also stochastic resonance. Meanwhile we compared the influence of the two kinds of noise, and find that appropriate synaptic noise is better than the coexistence of both in inducing coherence resonance.2 Langevin equation is used for modeling the dynamics of ion channel, in electric coupling network the influence of the periodic sig-nal on spatial and temporal coherence is studied. The results show that periodic signal can induce network’s coherence resonance, when fixed membrane area there are three frequencies of periodic signal for achieving obvious coherence resonance of network.
