Investigation And Studyof Related Factors And Constitution Types Of Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective This study aimed to find the relationship between the incidence of ectopic pregnancy and discuss its interrelation with the patients’ constitution according to the Chinese medicine and to provide data reference for prevention and treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods Inquiring into 105 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients and 105 full-term pregnant women meanwhile collect and build up the data.Using the SPSS system to analyze the clinical data,try to find the related pathological factors and the high-risk physical characteristics.Results 1.There were 68 women with history of abortion in the study group,and women with a history of full-term delivery were 67;a disease history of female pelvic infection accounted for 32,a history of pelvic surgery women 34,a history of infertility women accounted for 10,the history of ectopic pregnancy women accounted for 68,have premarital sexual behavior of women accounted for 33,significantly more than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The study group in the previous abortion way for female abortion ectopic pregnancy rate was 52,was significantly higher than that of drug abortion women,the previous mode of delivery for cesarean delivery of ectopic pregnancy rate was 35,significantly higher than natural childbirth patients.and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The distribution of the study group during Chu shu were the most,and significantly more than the control group(P<0.05).4.According to the April 2009 released by China Association of Chinese medicine of"Chinese constitution classification and decision" standard to determine the ectopic pregnancy patients with blood stasis type of constitution,which accounted for the first,qi stagnation,Qi deficiency accounted for second,accounted for third,with statistical significance and the three kinds of physical types of the difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Ruptured ectopic pregnancy in patients with Qi deficiency accounted for the first,significantly more than patients with unruptured ectopic pregnancy(P<0.05);unruptured ectopic pregnancy in patients with blood stasis accounted for the first,significantly more than the ruptured ectopic pregnancy(P<0.05)blood transfusion;ectopic pregnancy the patients of Qi and yang asthenia accounted for the first,significantly more than patients without blood transfusion(P<0.05);no blood transfusion in patients with blood stasis accounted for the first,significantly more than the required blood transfusion patients(P<0.05).Conclusion 1.The history of pelvic infection、abortion、pelvic surgery、ectopic pregnancy、infertility,premarital sexual behavior and the full-term delivery are positively related to the occurrence of ectopic pregnancy.2.The risk of ectopic pregnancy was higher in women who had induced abortion than in those with abortion,and the risk of ectopic pregnancy was higher in women who had been undergoing cesarean delivery than in natural childbirth.3.Among the nine types of physical constitution,blood stasis,qi depression and Qi deficiency are the main types of ectopic pregnancy.The type of constitution of patients with unruptured and non transfusion ectopic pregnancy is mainly blood stasis,and the type of rupture and the type of blood transfusion requiring ectopic pregnancy are mainly the Qi deficiency.
