Effect Of Soufeng Tongluo Decoction On Recovery Of Nerve Root Symptoms After PTED Operation

Objective:Through the clinical trials,to analysis the effect of Soufeng Tongluo Decoction and Epericonum on the recovery of nerve root symptoms after PTED operation in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Choose PTED 60 cases of patients with postoperative lumbar disc prolapse,randomly divided into basic group,experimental group and the control group(n = 20),based groups treated with 5 mg dexamethasone static drops of qd anti-inflammatory analgesic + 20%mannitol 250 ml static drop dehydration treatment,experimental groups based treatment + search wind t2dm soup oral treatment,control group foundation treatment + b opposite-methyl-phenylsulfon made 50 mg oral dar,hydrochloric acid,respectively,three days after surgery,postoperative 1 week and 4 weeks after three time points with waist JOA score and visual VAS pain score to evaluate the treatment effects of three groups.Results:The effective rate of JOA score was 40%in the basal group and 85%in the experimental group and 75%in the control group at 4 weeks postoperatively.At 3 days after operation,the JOA scores of the three groups were:basal group 17.40 ± 1.88,treatment group18.70±2.25,control grou 18.05 ±2.19.The VAS scores of the three groups were:basal group4.0(2.0),treatment group4.0(1.0),control grou3.5(1.0),Three groups JOA and VAS score between the preoperative obviously improved,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05)between group.At 1 week after operation,the JOA scores of the three groups were 19.55±1.10 in the basal group,21.45±1.97 in the treatment group and 20.85 ± 2.52 in the control group.The VAS scores were:basal group 3.0(1.0),2.0(1.0)in the treatment group and 2.0(1.0)in the control group,the JOA score and the VAS score of the three groups were better than those at 3 days.The treatment group and the control group were better than the basic group.At 4 weeks after operation,the three groups of JOA scores were:19.80 ±1.54 in the basal group,25.15 ± 2.03 in the treatment group and 23.85 ±2.25 in the control group.The VAS scores were 1.0(1.0)in the basal group,0.5(1.0)in the treatment group and 1.0(0.0)in the control group.Three groups of clinical curative effect of the postoperative 1 week improved,the treatment group and control group is superior to the basic group,and the treatment group is better than the control group.
