Protective Effect Of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction Against Experimental Gastric Ulcer And Its Mechanism Research

Ojective:To observe the effects of Chinese heral medicine on the four kinds of gastric ulcer model rats,in order to clear the effects and mechanism of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction.Methods:SPF grade SD rats were selected to make the model and divided into four groups:blank control group,model control group,positive control group and Chinese medicine group,n = 10.Blank control,model group were given normal saline,the other groups were given the corresponding medicine for 7 days.An hour after the last dose,we established the hydrochloric acid model,ethanol-induced gastric ulcer,indometacin-induced gastric ulcer and gastric ulcer caused by water immersion stress.At the same time,serum inflammatory mediators(IL-1??TNF-??TGF-?),gatric oxidative status(SOD?MDA)as well as PGE2?NPSH and NF-?B proteins were measured,to explain the possible protective mechanisms of Chinese heral medicine.Results:1.Yiqi Huoxue Decoction effectively protected the injury caused by the 4 kinds of model rats,improved the pathological morphology and its protective mechanism may be the activation and inhibition of NF-?B,reduced the gastric ulcer rats serum from ulceration IL-1? and TNF-?,increased SOD level in gastric tissue,while decreased the content of MDA,meanwhile PGE2 content was also significantly increased.2.For the experimental ulcer model induced by indomethacin,Yiqi Huoxue Decoction could promote the expression of anti-inflammatory factor TGF-?,and significantly increase the content of PGE2 in gastric tissue.3.For the model of water immersion restraint stress,the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Recipe on ulcer was better than omeprazole and as for the ethanol model,the effect of Yiqi Huoxue recipe was poor;4.The protective effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction may be not related to the content of NP-SH in gastric tissue.Conclusions:Traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Huoxue Decoction has protective effect on experimental gastric ulcer and its mechanism may be related to the decrease of serum inflammatory mediators(IL-1,TNF-?),activation inhibits the expression of NF-?B,decrease the content of MDA,increase the activity of SOD,promote the release of PGE2 in gastric mucosa.
