| Objective:To compare the use of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,Anshen ningdong keli granule in the treatment of children with ADHD of liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,and to analyze the ADHD children from the perspective of Chinese medicine,and observe the clinical effect of Anshen ningdong keli granule in the treatment of children with ADHD.Methods:According to the random and control principle,60 patients met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into two groups,namely Chinese medicine group,western medicine group.two groups were kept the same number of each of 30 cases.The two groups were treated for 6 weeks.The system after treatment and before treatment respectively for three conventional,liver and kidney function and an ECG detection,safety assessment,if adverse events occurred,then analysis after.6 weeks of main symptoms(distractibility,hyperactivity)compared to improve the situation.Records of adverse events occur.Results:1.the effective rate in the treatment group 86.7%,group 83.3%,rank test,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.2.the treatment group and the control group lax attention of ADHD Symptom Score group,the t test,both p<0.01,The difference was highly statistically significant.Comparison between the two groups,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.3.the treatment group and the control group,treatment of ADHD hyperactivity,impulsive symptoms within a score group compared by t test,both p<0.05,Has significant difference?4.Two groups in the course of treatment has no adverse side effects.Conclusion:the traditional Chinese medicine group,the control group total efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine group in improving the symptoms of hyperactivity,impulsivity is better than the control group.Anshen ningdong keli granule in the treatment of children with ADHD liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome effectively,especially to improve ADHD hyperactivity,impulsive symptoms. |
