| [objectives]:Through the investigation of general constitution,related factors and black dot sign in dermoscopy among 240 AA patients,to find out the distribution of constitution theory of TCM in AA,and to assess whether there is some relationship between such distribution and general constitution and black dot sign.[Methods]:240 cases were enrolled,collected in Dermatological Outpatients in the jiangsu Province TCM Hospital,from March to December 2016.All patients were in accordance with the inclusive criteria,they should fill in the questionnaire,and to beobservedunderthedermoscopy.Questionnaireusedis standardized checklist"Chinese Physical Form"(Wang Qi nine Constitution Types scale),Using Excel and spass 16.0 to processing data.[Results]:240 cases were enrolled,gender ratio is 1.03:1;Age between 15～40 account for most;Course duration within 1 year is in the most,accounting for 55%。36 cases(15%)of primary school graduate;junior and senior high school education is about26.7%,college degree is 17.5%,bachelor’s degree is 32.5%,postgraduate degree is 8.3%;175 cases(58%)is in active stage,Cases of localized type is about73.33%,General bald(12.5%),34 cases were alopecia totalis(14.17%);Considering the TCM syndrome,31.67%cases were deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome,which was the higest ratio,Secondly is the syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney about 25.83%.Mainly Pathological types are Qi-deficiency constitution(12.92%),Yin-deficiency constitution(12.01%),Qi-stagnation constitution(11.88%),14 cases(4.83%)are single constitution,others are multiple pathology constitution,Compound constitution of 4 single type is in the majority(79.3%).For male,Qi-deficiency constitution(77.05%)is in the most,secondly is Wet-heat constitution.For female,both Blood-stasis constitution and Ying-dificiency are in the majority.2.Using chi-square test to process all counting data,it shows that the distribution of Constitution Theory of TCM had no significant difference between gender composition(X~2=10.217,P=0.250>0.05,);The distribution of Constitution Theory of TCM had no significant difference with crowed age distribution(X~2=16.197,P=0.439>0.05).The distribution of Constitution Theory of TCM had no relationship with course stage(X~2=6.549,P=0.981>0.05).The distribution of Constitution Theory of TCM didn’t effected by educational attainment differences(X~2=16.681,P=0.988>0.05).The distribution of Constitution Theory of TCM had no significant difference with clinical stages(X~2=8.951,P=0.951>0.05).The distribution of Constitution Theory of TCM had no significant difference with clinical type(X~2=11.816,P=0.757>0.05)The distribution of Constitution Theory of TCM had no significant difference with TCM syndrome(X~2=19.028,P=0.966>0.05).Black dot sign had no significant difference with Constitution Theory of TCM(X~2=5.305,P=0.725>0.05).Black dot sign didn’t effected by gender distribution(X~2=3.229,P=0.072>0.05,).Black dot sign had no significant difference with crowd age distribution(X~2=1.777,P=0.411>0.05),Black dot sign had no significant difference with disease duration(X~2=0.846,P=0.655>0.05),Black dot sign didn ’ t effected by the educational level(X~2=3.146,P=0.531>0.05).Black dot sign was effected by clinical stage(X~2=9.933,P=0.009<0.05),Black dot sign didn’t effected clinical type(X~2=4.052,P=0.132>0.05);Black dot sign had no significant difference with syndrome type(X~2=2.319,P=0.677>0.05)[Conclusions]:The main pathological type of AA were Qi-deficiency type,Yin-deficiency type and Qi-stagnation constitution,we should not only diagnose exactly,but also consider both type of syndrome and the constitution of TCM so as to improve therapeutic efficacy.The constitution type has no relationship with black dot sign,TCM syndrome,and related factorsabout AA.Black dot sign is characteristic performance in AA,and has no relationship with TCM syndrome,constitution of TCM,gender,age,Disease course and other related factors.It has something to do with clinical stage,especially active stage.It means that we could diagnose,identify AA and also estimate curative effect with Black dot sign. |
